Well, there seemed to be a lot of, uh, peacocking in today’s episode 😂😂 What’s with that blue lighting during sex scenes now? It doesn’t look good. I liked that it seems like Stefan is going to be torn between Gabi and Chloe. I was worried that he was going to immediately get back with Gabi and they’d have no story, like Will and Sonny or Ben and Ciara. I just hope it doesn’t fall apart and get written stupidly. If it were me, I’d have Gabi try to seduce Brady in the hope that it would get Stefan and Chloe jealous. I also guess that the show wanted us to have sympathy for Alex, but it’s not gonna work. That’s what you get for being such an awful person. I also wonder if there’s going to leave it open ended as to whether or not he and Allie had sex. And damn, Paul Telfer’s been in nothing but his underwear for three episodes now 😍😍 I hope it wasn’t cold that day in the studio 😂😂 What can I say? Its my #1 soap 😂😂

Yeah, that DNA test website storyline was definitely another one that was changed half way through. And why is Trina even giving that trashy, heartless whore the time of day? I hope Trina cuts her out of her life the moment she finds out what she did to Cam.

Idk, it just seems like they’re giving characters more in each script. Instead of rushing through everything, they’re taking their time to let some characters show us what they’re feeling. There’s still some stupid stuff like Leo and Rolf but overall I’ve been liking it lately. As for Peacock, it is supposed to be something new. And several actors have said that’s a lot of money’s been invested in the show

I think the constant change in head writers had something to do with it. In addition to the strike, there were also four different head writers in 1988

Looks like the Peacock episodes have finally begun to drop! What will our soap be like now? And is it just me or has the day to day writing improved somewhat? DISCUSS!

I guess we can add that to the list of things that Lemay lied about in his book, along with Alice’s breakdown and Walter constantly crying into the scarf Vic Hastings was another potential pairing for Rachel. And for Pat and Iris too. But he didn’t have chemistry with any of them

It was nice to see Paulina sticking up for Stephanie today. I really like the Paulina/Stephanie friendship. I hope they keep playing it. Sarah bringing up Xander’s lingering feelings for Gwen was really interesting as well. It was a dynamic of this storyline that hasn’t really been explored yet and I hope they continue to do so. Overall, a good episode but I’m beyond tired of Rolf. It’s time for him to go away and never come back. He can take Leo with him 😂😂

I would suggest diving, but I know you wouldn’t like who I’d post 😂😂😂

I kinda want to see how he would react if a woman did to him what Leo does to the straight boys 😂😂 Something tells me he wouldn’t like it or laugh it off as a joke at all.

So glad that I’m now able to watch Days before I go to work. It was great hearing Vivian today. She totally had a point though. Stefan loved his mother and since he came back, he hasn’t gone to see her? I’d be pissed off too 😂😂 I see when Jack was going through Gwen’s list of crimes, he left out causing Laura’s death. Gee, I wonder why it was written like that. Is Gwen the new Ben? I was totally Team Jack in his scenes with Gwen, even though I admit I probably would feel differently if those scenes were about other characters, storylines, etc. He’s given her one too many chances. You could only push someone so far before they push back. Which could also be said for Xander in his scenes with Leo. I admit, I thought all the touching was hot 😍😂 But I did also think Xander was a little justified in threatening and trying to strangle Leo. The scenes as a whole seemed a little random though. I thought we were passed all the rapey blackmail/prostituting stuff. I think they were at first, but then they changed their minds and gave her more layers. I’m glad that they did though

Both are better pairings than Dex and Joss 😂😂

Anybody else notice that the Friday episodes are usually ad-free? I did like the witty banter between Eric and Sloan over clam chowder vs. chicken noodle soup. They were almost like a real couple. Idk about Roman shaming Sloan though. I get, defending your close friends and family but Sloan does have a pretty good grievance too. Btw, clam chowder is disgusting 😂😂 The best scenes were Tripp/Wendy/Johnny/Chanel/Allie. Allie is a horrible person and I hope Chanel dumps her ass (I can't believe we had to deal with her in every episode this week) Maybe if she came off as more hurt and sad rather than mean and nasty, she would be more likable. But I am really liking the storyline. Chanel throwing Allie's cheating in her face was amazing. That was the best moment! And I still am loving the chemistry that Wendy has with Tripp and with Johnny. This is a great group and great storyline. It can go in so many different directions and weave in so many characters and I hope they play it for as long as they can. Except for the devil crap, I really have been enjoying the show lately.
