Wow All those changes at Days hurt it even more than I thought

Today was pretty good. Even Leo and Kristen were (somewhat) tolerable 😂😂😂 I like how Shawn confronting Megan ultimately ruined Harris and Kate’s plan. In some ways, it’ll keep a good storyline going. Hopefully, Shawn and this storyline will be featured more. This is all too important to only appear once a week. If Martha’s schedule is a problem, then they should have Brandon in scenes with other characters. Shawn has so much family on the canvas and that lack of appearances from Belle could cause more conflict between the two of them in the future. Kate encouraging Eric and Sloan was good too. It was nice to see a character’s words or actions move a story along, instead of something so outlandish and over the top. As for Dimitri/Gwen, I still don’t mind it. Though I wouldn’t be surprised if Uncle Ron was a little annoyed by their makeout session 😂😂 I wonder who wrote today’s script and breakdown.

Probably the same reason why they didn’t let Bo and Hope get a happily ever after 😂😂😂 I’ll never understand some of these boneheaded decisions either.

Don’t have much to say about today because we’ve all seen it before about a million times in the last 6 years. Btw, I’m really starting to hate that secret room. I do think that Gwen is going to be in for a rude awakening when what we all suspect about Dimitri is finally revealed though. And in some ways, I am kind of looking forward to it, even though I still think that Dimitri can do better lol

Ya know, I had no idea you could knock somebody out just by hitting them on the back 😂😂 Seriously, Megan could have gotten a little closer to EJ’s head. Looks like another storyline with so much potential is going to be rushed again. Hopefully, I’m wrong because there’s so many different directions that this storyline can go in, especially since Li is apart of it. Considering all the previous posts about Johnny, this could have given him something to do as well. Have Wendy find about what Megan and Li are planning and tell Johnny about it. And then he ends up being the hero. All of that could have some effect on the triangle with Tripp as well.

That would work. And it would make a lot more sense then the two of them just being nasty to each other. They’re practically in the same position with their siblings. Them finding common ground with each other would be a like natural progression There was more than that though 😂😂😂

I was surprised that Gabi and Stefan were the ones who reached out to EJ to form an alliance and that he turned them down. EJ is a lot smarter than that and I expected it to be the other way around. All the more reason that I think this writing team either doesn’t like EJ or is just tired of him. Idk what to make of Megan’s plan though. We don’t need another person in this EJ vs Stefan nonsense, but if Megan’s plan leads to Dimera going belly up, I’d be all for it. As for Eric/Sloan, all I’m gonna say is Sloan really needs a buddy. Someone she could talk to and confide, sort of like what Chloe and Nicole had today. Btw, Nicole’s dress was hideous 😂😂

Why do you think they were so good 😂😂 It was Wednesday and Thursday. He had this really confident swagger to him, but still came off like a sweetheart 😊 As for racier content, I was hoping for more but we have gotten some more swear words and we practically saw Nicole’s boobs 😂😂

Today was a long one. 46 minutes And it was also a good one too. Someone really needs to tell some of the writers on the team that rushing things ruins them, but taking their time on things makes them really good. I loved Chad’s scenes. It was nice seeing come to terms with grief and guilt. We finally got a good understanding of his actions and feelings in the past year. I felt like in some episodes, a lot of things involving Chad got rushed. We should have seen more of it. But today, they took their time on everything and it was really enjoyable and comforting to see. Billy and SSH work really well together as well. This is how the storyline should have always been played, instead of having such a huge focus on RSW/Alex. And once again, they tried to write Alex as caring and sincere and understanding and once again, he came off as phony and manipulative. I also liked how Dimitri’s character was developed more as well. I almost had a little sympathy for him 😂 I’m a little interested in this storyline, although I’d still take a pass on both of his potential partners.

Those ratings for Days… I take it people weren’t big fans of Donna’s fake porno storyline
