  1. Then bye, bye Phae Phae. lol.
  2. SLC I knew it was going to be a mess, but the return of S5 Whit, too??? Lord...where are the smelling salts!!! lol. That was a great episode. We got some interesting individual scenes for some of the ladies. And I liked they appeared to be themed. And got more of this Amy woman...was she auditioning to be a FOH? And then there was Lisa's conference and...it went LEFT from there. Last season, I mentioned that Mary's event was giving SLC's version of BH's Dinner Party from Hell. Because it was knockdown, drag out crazy AND entertaining. Lisa's press conference was giving SLC's version of RHOP's Karen's Press Conference. And I lived for every moment of it. Lisa tried to present that she was explaining. Everyone picking on the fact that she WAS NOT explaining. And then they proceeded to pick her apart. Bob vs Lisa! Angie K vs Lisa. Britini tagging herself in to take on Meredith. Whitney gagging Meredith, too! It was the one time I enjoyed Heather finding just the right moment for maximum chaos!!! And then ending on the return of S5 Whit...the persona of Whitney from last season that just did not GAF nor did she back down...THAT'S the Whitney that made me start to like her last season. So I loved it all. The tossing of the napkin a la Lisa to her last season. The getting in Lisa's face. The flip-off. The yelling. The storming off. Whitney ran with that, and I didn't hate it at all. Ended the event with a chef's kiss. That said...my one complaint...which appears to be growing across all Housewives shows...has been the fact that all Production now seem to do that thing of rather than play out a scene on-air, they instead do a scene, mention a prior scene, and then cut to a flashback. In a word...WHY? It would be one thing if it was an unimportant scene. But it has increasingly across all shows turned into scenes that should have NEVER been cut in the first place. Just look at the RHOM scene I posted above and all the unseen footage from RHOM reunion...all of which were important to the narrative. Is this reality...or not? I am increasingly starting to dislike that. It really and truly will flow better. That said... HEATHER. Okay, I hate to give her her dues, but she has me intrigued a little bit. For someone that wants to be Lisa's BFF, she continued this week taking digs at her in her Confessional. What are you planning, Heather? And then the fact that Heather ran to tell the ladies about Lisa's comment last week about being above them, knowing it would cause mess. And then that moment during the press conference where with one comment, Heather shifted the focus of the craziness back to the central feud of Lisa vs Bob. I found it masterful, so I'll give her that. MEREDITH. 'Now you pipe in?' gagged me just as much as it gagged Meredith when Whitney said it. Just like Lisa this episode, I felt like Meredith was low-key being turned every which way, but loose. Whitney's comment. Britini with the tag-in. Even Mary...dear Mary...was digging into her. MARY. Same, Mary. I found it confusing. So I too sat right with her and watched how things would go with Lisa's press conference. I did like that like Heather and Angie K, she did try to keep the whole press conference moving and clear. And I lived for her reactions. ANGIE K. I liked seeing Angie K with her father. And we got a little history. I also liked the growing very realistic drama that appears to be happening between her and her daughter. A theme throughout Angie's time on the show has been her tight relationship with her daughter. And now her daughter is growing up and the real friction that can come from her daughter trying to find her own identity. I found that so well done and want to see how it goes for her. Meanwhile, Angie K at the press conference was good. I wished she had reacted like she would have last season. But she really tried to give Lisa grace and tried to be rational and logical, being a bridge between Lisa and the haters ladies so they would not be tearing up Lisa so bad. But alas...Lisa is going to Lisa. BOB. Well, well, well. I was shocked to see her husband decided to film this season. And I felt he was giving out some nuggets of info without meaning to about their life. Then there was the scenes with Bob and her mother. Woooow..what a piece of work. She was nice nasty. And of course, there was the feud with Lisa. She gave the right amount of shade and asked all the right questions, staying eating Lisa up alive. And the fact she has called Lisa out for trying to dig up dirt on Bob (that she claimed to not do) only for Whitney to turn around and prove it was perfection. LISA. I didn't hate Lisa at all. She was giving old school Housewife delusion, and I was loving it. lol. And I love the Usher mention. And Production's Annalise lawyer judge. I can't believe she took a page from the Karen Huger playback and did a press conference. I can't believe how long it took me to catch on and hollering so loud. I can't believe how deluded she was to think they were not going to ask her questions. And I was rolling when FOH Amy started spilling Lisa's tea from her corner, too. I mean...wtf. lol. Not even Heather tried to save her. THEY...ATE...HER...UP. Karen Huger would never. WHITNEY. Granted I am sure Whitney was projecting her drama with her business onto Lisa's situation. That said...clever move to bait yourself for Lisa to reveal an example of her digging into other people's business. Especially since Lisa just claimed she did not do that to Bob. And then the return of S5 Whit...I did not see that coming. And like I said...I WAS LIVING. I can't say this enough...the napkin toss, the napkin toss, the napkin toss....LMAO!!! She got Lisa good...matching the energy Lisa put out. I'm shocked Lisa let her. I was thoroughly entertained. What's next? what's next? Oh, yeah...RHOP.
  3. I'm rewatching the last of the September episodes and silly me...I guess I was not paying attention to all of the Jacob/Naomi scene. I know I mentioned Smitty and Marcel's meeting. Now this talk with Jacob and Naomi where she called him out on his tendency to dig. Don't tell me Doug's murder is going to lead Jacob to Kenny's murder...
  4. They all look good.
  5. I'm getting tickled just thinking about it. I believe it.
  6. After I typed that, I realized that as well which would make more sense. Now if it's more of the same this October with Lulu at that same number, I will side-eye.
  7. CK really has. I enjoyed her Vicious Lil phase where she was cunning and giving it in the 'what passed for business stories' arena on this show now. I felt as well Lily should be more antagonistic with Phyllis so it's been great to watch that happen over the last few years and the dialogue really stepped it up in the last year for those catfights. A needed bright spot when I was regularly viewing.
  8. ahahahahahahahahah!!!! No!!!
  9. THIS. And @DaytimeFan Jill sounds like she's back and in town.
  10. They're COMING...LOVE THIS!!!
  11. OC Alexis and John got married per People. RHOM OH...? Interesting to get this after the fact. So Julia got into it with Adriana AND Guerdy during the finale, but Production cut that, too?
  12. I know GV will bring the heat either way.
  13. I liked the story idea of Damian staying where he should have been (head of Dumas) and they continued Damian/Lily...only for Lily to find out Cane (if BF had to be him) was working there. And given the uptake in Lily vs Giggly Heffa catfights this year...most of which have been great actually cuz who knew Lily had bite...they could make that quartet if they were bringing on BF to wind up with Phyllis.
  14. I thought it was aired to show off how much bad taste Hayley has, though. I don't see how. I mentioned Joshua Morrow's bubble butt often. So you can just 😜 I do agree about AA to Ronn Moss though like I said before RM at least tried and had charisma to back up that good and bad acting. Cue the 'it ain't going to happen, Rick!' clip in 3....2...1...
  15. Not you bringing Piper into the chat. lol.
  16. RHOM I thought it was a solid Part 1. I admit to being worried given some of the comments. And that ending. But I think I liked it better than most in spite of things that annoyed me. Most of all...Team Las Cubas pulling a The BH Coven Gaslight Special on Guerdy over the Julia drink toss. I...that was a lot. There was so much in play. It already seems clear that the targets for this reunion will be Guerdy and Adriana. So watching what was going...there was the deflection by using the 'I'm so shocked that I couldn't react'...shock that didn't stop people from trying to ghost produce (thank you, Production, for that unseen footage that again proves how Marysol operates btw) BTS. And then the same people using the excuse want to bring up other drink tosses from seasons ago that invalidate the very deflection technique they were trying to use. There was the tweet that had no relevance to the CURRENT topic except to try to paint a narrative. There was Production trying to bring up unseen footage that SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE EPISODE to suspect Guerdy in a bad light...only for some of them to clearly feel guilty so they released past unseen footage of Julia they been hiding BTS. There was Andy trying to lead Guerdy on. There was the pre-reunion filming where Julia was already trying to set herself up as the victim. They seem bound and determined to have Guerdy as victim. So I admired that Guerdy still held her own. I did like Andy perhaps hit the nail on the head. Nicole continued to prove she really was the glue for the newbies and a voice of reason for everyone else. And...RICH. She even got a little mini-section during the reunion. HER POWER. He asked if they thought Julia and Guerdy would have fallen out if Nicole was still around. Perhaps. But at least Nicole would firmly have Guerdy's back. In the end...I felt that once Guerdy started to do too much herself, everyone was done. I loved the subtle way Adriana gave her an assist though. This whole manufactured feud started because of the cruise. If Guerdy had stayed on that and built up to step-by-step points a la RHOP Monique keeping her focus on destroying Gizelle with the binder, ignoring her minions (Robyn/Candiace), it would have talked into a point of 'deaf' ears. Still...attempting to gaslight the black woman rather giving an apology was foul. That so many people tried it right down to Andy and Production made it worse. And Julia said it all when she whined about even trying to give 'yet another' apology. It does not matter whether it was one, two, six apologies if it is not sincere...OFF and ON camera. Speaking of Julia, she is soo desparate to stay on the show. You would think Alexia and Marysol would have pull since it seem like during the reunion and filming they have quite a lot of it...thus the brunch with Ana, the unseen footage with Marysol after the drink toss. But being a victim was not working, crying over online social media. People on social media was right. And her barely giving out an apology was DUST. And then she trying to answer to Adriana when Andy asked Adriana a question...GIRL, BYE. And that cliffhanger...I need her gone. One of the things that I like about this show has been that even when the cameras are not rolling, they still be living their lives. I liked that was touched on. ALEXIA. Hehe. I also liked how she handled her segment with Todd. But she (and Marysol) better be careful. He does love to do a clapback. LARSA. I just felt like her attempts to make it about her fell flat. And I don't like how she went to bat for Julia by trying to relate the drink toss and their non-reaction to other seasons. LISA. Hehe. Lisa is such a tease with that ring tease. And see? Her dress is what I have been talking about with reunion looks. There have been several reunions over the last few years where I see a picture of the dress, I don't like it, and then we get to the reunion and it moves perfectly. Lisa's dress was one of those cases. She looked great during the season...and she still looks great. And hahahahahhahaha at her continuing to be on time. STEPHANIE. I heard that Stephanie rumor. hehe. And the look she was giving Adriana as Adriana was spilling her tea (the most Adriana thing she could do cuz Adriana always been on point) made me think there's more to the story. Otherwise, she was just there. JULIA. The cliffhanger and the unseen footage definitely put her in a different light. And now @Cat has me wondering. Why? I didn't know there was talk of Martina and Julia being swingers. Ever. But the cliffhanger with Adriana, how flirty Julia be, that drama with her, Larsa, and kissing the man. Has Julia been hiding herself the whole time? And even if she has not, how she has been this year has not been good. And the disrespect to Adriana...saying that she never considered her BFF for a godparent. Then why are you bothered by her pulling away from you and starting drama at events over it? I did like Production started to throw her under the bus with the unseen footage and seen footage of Julia losing her temper. Could she be a danger and why they might release her in the future? I did not like that Andy slid over Martina's tweets while trying to harp on Guerdy's. GUERDY. I felt she handled herself well. Mostly. She started to do too much while she defended herself. And that I could only shake my head. I do hope going forward, she keeps firm cuz I remember her mentioning that she kept receipts coming when people asked her about the reunion. I also like that Adriana has her back...who would have thought it given their first meeting? lol. And there was that one moment where they were both right. Adriana was giving her the alley-oops to get Julia cuz the drama started over the cruise. But Team Las Cubas was already over it as Guerdy said. If Guerdy had not backed down, Team Las Cubas and Andy...stubborn as they are...would have no choice but to confront it. In a way, I felt Guerdy had already come to the truth. And I feel we mentioned it here. Without Nicole there, those girls don't care about her or her feelings...something she touched on during the season. Because if they really cared, they would give apologies BTS as well as on-camera. They didn't. And any scenes that appeared like they did were a case unseen footage. That's a hard realization. FOH MARYSOL. Not Production telling off on you by that scene of her coaching Julia through the drink toss. And then making a comment about Todd...not surprising. But again...she better hope he don't clapback. KIKI. Non-factor. ADRIANA. I said it earlier, but I'll say it again. Adriana does not come across as the type that would deny that she slept with Julia if she did. Is she that worried about being seen as a potential homewrecker? She used to flirt with Roman often in front of Joanna, and it's not the first time she just flirts. So I'm TeamAdriana going into next week. But I felt she held her own so far. People keep trying to silence her, and she keeps talking. However, there is a target on her back. I was not expecting this to be soooo long and I'm running late so apologies for the poor edit. Bring on Part 2.
  17. It wouldn't be the first time Brad has brought a character back for a plotpoint and then they vanished. Honestly, if they are just going to use him as a Ridge/Brooke spoiler rather than where he should be with Hope and Carter, he can stay gone. Otherwise...perhaps he will be part of a fashion show competition on that new set.
  18. It's been a while since I've seen a Top 10 full of a lot of people I like. Finola as Number 1. Rebecca's episode count up? YES, PLEASE. My only disappointment is that GF had only 3 appearances. I feel there is too much going on in my viewing for her to not be around more.
  19. Tbf he should have been just about anybody (or working at Dumas) rather than snatching every ounces of storyline from one of the first dynamic black actor (and character) that writer has come up with in ages.
  20. Yeah...say what you want about Petty Franky (and I do)...I do appreciate that you get a variety of sets from him. And you also get the pool EVERY summer to feast on so many men. Very. +1
  21. Hahaha. THIS. Yeah, when is Anna showing up as a rival for Anita? I'm just saying...
  22. Coming into September... Honestly, the only thing annoying me is Luna honestly. HIT HER AGAIN, ELECTRA!!! HIT HER FOR ME!!! lol. I still like the actress, but Luna was coming across too smug and needed that smackdown. I liked a lot of the acting in fact. Electra is dull, but I definitely see the growth in that actress. And I have really appreciated the amount of airtime we are seeing of Katie, but I will take Heather Tom any way I can get her. Meanwhile...you can never make me hate Sheila vs Li. It was nice to see the edges to them again as Sheila freaked out about maybe losing Deacon. And Li is always love for me. They both made good points. And...hmmm...okay @dragonflies yeah, I see a little bit of a spark with Deacon and Taylee. In fact, I felt it was the first or perhaps second time I saw RB as Taylor in those scenes. And mmmmm to SK kinda looking snacky in the arms. Still annoyed it isn't KA Taylor. And I'm happy I finally made it to the first new studio episode!!!! I see what everyone is saying about the lighting. A little too harsh. But I expect that to be adjusted in time. Meanwhile, I like how it is giving more space so far at the Forrester residence, looking mansion-y again. And the Forrester offices. And...DAPHNE!!!! And I love, love, LOVE how Brooke was styled with the cape and suit. Regal, but business. Daphne always looks great. And I enjoyed that little model show...hopefully meaning we can get back to fashion shows on the show in the future. That said...NO. I was expecting either Thomas (where he go?)/Hope/Carter. I was even expecting Liam/Hope/Carter/Daphne. But it sounds like they are going to put Liam/Hope back together with no drama at all. It just smacks of not having anything for Liam to do (and yes, SC does look different) when Ivy is right there. And given how/why Liam and Hope broke up...it feels a little false. Hope's feelings for Liam reawakening when she thought he was dying I get. But she left him because she could never be sure if he would put her completely first. So I just roll my eyes. DEAD at Brooke now saying a lot of what I'm saying. Wow...it's been a minute since I have wanted to write this much about B&B outside of foine men. hehe. I guess it has a nice groove going on. And I think with the new studio it is now only second to BTG in terms of good looking sets that I want to explore.
  23. Yeah...was that the start of the next turn of the Doug/Vanessa/Joey storyline? That was a good week. But like I say in the BTG thread, it's known that it is not everyone's cup of tea here. On other social media, people seem to care about it...in terms of Doug/Vanessa and JL so I would have expected better, but alas.
