I Am A Swede

This weekend we remember those who have passed by lighting candles on their graves. There are probably more people visiting the cemeteries this weekend than during the rest of the year combined, and they become full of light.

It seems I'm not the only one who hates Emmerdale right now.

And of course Remy will be shunned and shamed while Luna and Sheila, who have both done far worse, will still be around....

I can't believe that this movie is 30 years old now..... 😲

Donna is nowhere near Stephanie. The only one who could come even remotely close to that is probably Brooke. Even now if Brooke showed Eric any serious interest he would drop Donna like an old shoe.

I could post the entire soundtrack to the entire trilogy really, but I've picked a few snippets.

I'm home from work today so I thought I would pop in and see where we are in Emmerdale at the moment here. To my horror I found myself right in the middle of the all-Dingle episode when Lydia's ex (and rapist) had been killed and she had gathered the entire family to find out who killed him. I mean, I know it's Halloween, but an entire episode of nothing but Dingles is too much horror for me.... 😱

That was pretty much all thanks to Stephanie Beacham's Sable. She breathed new life into the show, and was a much better (and funnier) adversary for Alexis than Krystle ever was. I don't think a Sable-Alexis rivalry could have driven the show as long as Krystle-Alexis did though. They were too much alike.

This sub-forum is called music & movies, so why not a thread about music in movies? I'm not talking about famous hit-singles from movies, but about the instrumental soundtrack. There is a wealth of beautiful movie music out there. Music that takes you back in time, evokes memories and stirs emotions inside you. Majestic music, scary music, music that makes you cry or music that makes you smile.
