I enjoyed Lily and Daniel's scene, where he hugs her after she says that she knows no one that she can trust. Lily is definitely in a state of depression. Hopefully the writers follow through with this storyline showing how Lily, a teen deals with it. Sounds like some good stuff is ahead.

Neil and Dru, I have been waiting on this day to come. I want them apart like yesterday. Dru finally called Neil on his self righteousness. I hope she does not cave and appologize to him. Time to moe on. She does not need him. He is too perfect.

And I hope he whups that ass tough. That !@#$%^&*] has WAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY too much on the books.

I was so glad Dru said she was over Neil's sorry a$$. Dru did NOT willingly sleep with Malcolm. Dru deserves better than this. The scene where Lily called her parents on the carpet about pretending in public and then trying to pretend at home was excellent -- very realistic and what great family drama is all about. I hope the show finds someone worthy of Dru. It would be great to pair her up with someone who can bring out the fun side of her.

As far as Glo -- the Abbott family was dying on the vine before she arrived to shake things up. (Sort of the way Jill did it 20+ years ago.) Glo's antics -- love 'em or hate 'em -- certainly have made the Abbott household Grand Central Station. Somehow I see Jill in the middle of all this again. The return of Billy is just the start. I'm sorry that John is being killed off, but it's probably time for Jack to start heading the family. (Or in the tradition of Y&R, maybe Ash will be the one who hold the family together ala Katherine?)

What pisses me off is this, why didn't Dru say she was done with his ass period. I was so glad she finally started sticking up for herself today, but then she goes right back to acting desperate after he said he was going to leave. I am so sick of him blaming her for every thing. Lily ran off with Daniel in the first place when he was on trial for murder, she's always been stupid and willful. That secret had nothing to do with her actions. I can't believe his pompous ass had the nerve to say that he knows how it feels to have someone you love keep secrets and LIE to you. Oh, I just want Dru to punch him in his damn face. And LILY! Why won't Dru smack the [!@#$%^&*] out of her? Her MOUTH on this episode. The same old [!@#$%^&*] they were dealing with before Daniel ever came into her life is back again. But they both want to pretend that their problems with her only started when she began dating him. Lily has always been a dumbass. The only thing smart on her is that damn mouth. I am so tired of Lily and Neil disrespecting Dru. Neil uses every chance he can to rub the paternity mess into Dru's face, but he never got on Lily's case for blackmailing her own mother with her knowledge of the truth. What truly has pissed me off is how the two of them treat Dru and if she had aborted the baby like she planned to do until she was told it was her only chance to ever have one, Neil would have never enjoyed fatherhood and Lily would never have taken a breath. She decided to keep the baby and pray it was Neil's because HE is the one who wanted a child so badly. She made a choice to please HIM even though she knew it could mean disaster down the road.

Also agreeing with edgeofnik on the Fishers. Gloria might be a bug-eyed, creamkilling !@#$%^&*], but she has really shaken things up since she came to town. The Abbotts are a boring bunch (IMO) and the only time I care about anything they're doing is when Gloria is involved. Even the Tom Fisher stuff was good until they mixed it up with the dumbass Sheila storyline.

Even though Neil has gotten on my nerves with this holier-than-thow attitude with Dru while at the same time being a real jelly backed bitch at work, I will always see his point about Dru on just one thing. Even though he should get off her back about how she became pregnant, when she found out, she should have not kept that secret, and it makes her sound, IMHO, like a gigantic hypocrit when she dogs out Daniel for doing the very same thing she did. Now, I know there will be posts from some of my favorite people (You know I love ya) about how Dru was just protecting her family. And, Daniel was just helping a friend and it got out of hand. I love Dru, but she does do some real stupid [!@#$%^&*] at times, and always wants to either stick her head in the sand and not deal with anything, or blame everyone else about why she did what she did. The biggest thing I will always give her is that she took a very angry, lonely and depressed young man into her home, and helped turn him into a fine human being. She will always have my utmost respect for that.

But wouldn't he have his nerve knowing what he's currently doing to Victor? Jack is, was, and always will be a dumbass. He killed me getting on John's case about Gloria not knoing anything about business and stressing his father out to the point of a stroke. Yet Jack supposedly KNOWS business and has fucked up Jabot more times than a little bit, so he needs to STFU already. We all know even if he succeeds usurping Victor, it won't be for long because Jack never handles all the loopholes and little details. I don't know WHO is going to head the Abbotts after John dies because none of them are fit to lead. Maybe Billy will be a surprise to take command.

I agree that Dru sounds liek a hyprocrite about Daniel keeping the secret. I understand that Dru shouldn't have kept the secret, but seeing how much of a self righteous [!@#$%^&*] her husband is, anyone can understand exactly why she did it. Also remember when all of this first happened, her relationship with Neil was new and she had just gotten on her feet as a model and taking care of herself. She never thought she was good enough for Neil and something like not being pregnant by him would have ended everything. Even so, it was not the time or place for Neil to go comapring his and Dru's issues with what is going on with Lily. That was a !@#$%^&*] move on his part. And please, what about him sneaking around for lunches, dinners, and interrupted booty calls with Carmen? His ass stays lying to Dru about his intentions with Carmen. Even when she cold busted their asses at Crimson Lights, he lied. He's a liar too. I can't stand him or Lily....although the actress that plays Lily now has kind of grown on me. I didn't like her at all when she first showed up.

Like I have said on a few other occasions, Jack is the Cliff Barnes of daytime dramas, He doesn't know when to quit. But, that still doesn't make what Gloria did right in any way shape or form. How did she all of a sudden come to the realization that hse knows what's best for Jabot? By screwing John? And Jack bring that [!@#$%^&*] up at the prison is going to haunt him for the rest of his life. He will blame himself for his father's death, just like he's blaing himself now for him being in the hospital. I want to kick Jack's ass when he does stuff wrong. He still shoud be married to Phyllis. He ruined that marriage because of his hatred for Victor. But what Gloria did was just as low, some would say lower, than what Jack is doing now.

I'm starting to feel the same way, especially after seeing Vicky with that thing on her head; while she was trying to replicate that reliquary they are looking for.......

It's hard to get invested in any of the stories lately since they are moving so quickly.......

This story having to do with John and the Abbotts isn't making me to happy either.......It would hve been better if John had been able to get out of prison, gotten to enjoy being home for awhile, and then have the health crisis that is going on now.......

It makes me sick that John's last able bodied moments were in that nasty prison, it's a horrid way for a beloved character with such a rich history with the show to go.....

Friday's Y &R was fantastic. This was the first time that I have watched Y&R and really liked it. I wanted to watch the entire episode. It was compelling and interesting.

I hope they don't keep doing that. I don't need another soap to watch
