Why do I continue to say I watch this soap? I didn't and I won't. This is character assissination at it's best. What pisses me off the most is that it is making me rethink who I hate more, Emily or Maxie?

About the editing - Greg V talked about how scenes he taped had not aired. And how right now he's been taping up to 7 shows a week and how it's not in chronicalogical order. So he could be taping scenes 6 of day 2 and next he'll tape scene 3 of day 5. It's not in any sort of order at all.

I gave us watching this show eons ago. I gave it a chance in late 2002 when Marcil came back and tuned in for a bit but then soured on it and it has only gotten worse. The editing, only going all out for sweeps, stunt casting and returns, special shows created to win emmys, etc have nothing on this sleazy crap. I have been ripping GH for awhile but I watched a little today and was appalled. The upcoming spoilers appall me too. I feel bad for the actors and their fans. This show reaks and ABCD needs a chance like yesterday. They may end up hitting lows that Days never did two months ago.

All the sweeps stunts, returns, and emmys in the world can't make a great soap. This show is in trouble. I ma seeing record lows and the more people tune out the better the chance something will change...at least I hope. All I know is this show does not deserve any emmy recognition next year unless it is for Brad Maule and his death episode because that has been the only credible thing for me on GH this year. In fact, it was the best thing on GH in years IMO.

so any guesses on what the ratings will be like tomorrow? They had a 2.4 last week and I hope it gets a 2.3 this week or at least keeps its 2.4. Come on GL, beat it!

Stopped watching about two months ago when they started the Sic stuff. I guess I'm one of the few here who like Sam so this just sucks for her. I hope this tanks GH bigtime. I won't be watching until we get a decent writer and that could take months or years. I hope this show goes down like the Titanic. GL comes on opposite GH so I have a new favorite at 2PM. If GL got cancelled, I would just give up soaps and forget about GH forever.

BUTTTTTTTTTTTTT the Patrick and Robin scenes did it for me. While it's a plot point I enjoyed it, especially when Alan came into play and offered to help. Any day we have Alan or Monica (in a NON SOILY scene is a good day).

The sad thing is, that GH DOES deserve to be the least watched soap on tv. I don't believe any other soap is as bad as GH is right now. It's been such a mess for such a long time that I've given up on hoping that Pratt, Guza, and JFP are given the pink slip.

Genie's only returning for 2 weeks? Wow...that's pathetic! I love Laura, but I hope the ratings don't rebound in Nov. It will serve them right: they pay for all this talent and then don't even use it.

GH could be good, but it just doesn't try. It has a lot of potential. It needs to get rid of the mafia junk and all the useless characters, and start using the drama of the hospital as the anchor of the show. Is there any wonder why my two favorite parts of the show were Scrubs and the Qs? That's what GH is about, and honestly, the show has been deteriorating since they made the mafia the focal point. There's no denying that anymore.

And I've noticed the disarray in the episodes for a while. You can definitely tell that the organization on the show is awful! The editing is as bad as the writing.

GH doesn't deserve a 2.1. It deserves a 0. Honestly, I will be laughing my butt off if GL gets a higher rating. Remember when GH was #3 and GL was second-to-last, and everyone made fun of the fact that GH had "no competition"? Yeah...karma's a !@#$%^&*].

Gh used to be one of my favorite soaps but I have only watched 2 episodes in the past month and they didn't do anything for me. Guiding Light in the same time slot has been so good lately so I am watching GL almost everyday and not even watching GH or bothering trying to catch it on soapnet.

Now that Jason is not with Sam I have been having a hard time watching him as well.

I am surprised any soap is rated lower than GH cuz it sucks the most. Passions is the lowest rated but its even better than GH. Guza and Frons and JFP need to get blown up in one of the bombs the show is famous for doing.

Another Sam fan here disgusted by the show. Guza's Summer of Sleaze is pure character assassination and pointless plot point drivel. He needs to be fired and a new headwriter come onboard fast that will actually write for the characters and give us romance, intrigue, friendships and good drama - all of which are lacking on GH.
