-- And just like that, Leslie's bottomless checkbook is back -- writing all the checks for the free clinic, rebuilding her shouse, and building the sports complex at the club. Ridiculous.
-- Leslie is awful, but I didn't mind her calling out Nicole and her Kial meet-ups in front of Carlton.
-- And then Nicole meets Anita and tells her "I'm done with love"? This woman is nuts. And she really had to ask her mother if she was heading for disaster? I hope this is leading to Nicole choosing Kial soon.
-- The bantu knot hairstyle does not make Samantha look younger. She looks ready for a date with 38-year old Noah.
-- Missed opportunity to not show more of the Jessica and Tyrell breakup conversation, instead sending him to Carlton -- of all people -- to talk it through.
-- I get what they're doing. Giving advice to Tyrell, Carlton has his own lightbulb moment that he's s ignoring his own needs and that his formula with Nicole is flawed. Still, it was awkward to use Jessica and Tyrell to get him there.
-- Let us see more of Jessica and Tyrell talking this out. And although it's good to have Samantha and her dads in the discussion, I can do without writing for Samantha that is FILLED with therapy-speak.
-- I understand Eva regarding the liver surgical scar. I've seen some that are less invasive, but some are much more obvious and even disfiguring. The story would work better if they showed the scar.
-- I understand why they won't show Eva's scar -- soaps don't want to spend the time or money, and the follow-through is usually bad when years or even months later the scar is gone and never mentioned again. Still, I was disappointed that the exam completely skipped over the actual scar.
-- Intrigued by what Andre did in Europe. This better be bigger than "I dated some girl."
