I just hate that the show has the mindset that Joss is somehow the flag bearer for consistent front burner status for her age group on the canvas when Emma and Trina are literally right there and play

It's been said many times before but what's especially irritating about the Gio and Emma thing is that GH used to be the one show you could count on to change course and go all in when they realised h

There was nothing so vital those scenes had to air. I’m shocked at how messy this is. There could have been a note catching people up on Ava’s doorstep, and Lulu’s about Ethan’s abrupt exit. It was m

Braedyn and Gio keeping it real subtle on IG as usual.

Kristina Wagner once said something along the lines of Gloria Monty and the show PR team practically salivated back then when a couple got together both onscreen and off. They couldn’t wait to exploit that!

Carly hearing Valentin was the one tampering with Sonny’s meds and just shrugging it off because she “didn’t really know you then”, is absolutely absurd propping for this new couple.

It’s quite wild to see this woman onscreen, being called Carly, and there is practically zero left of the character. Even the Laura Wright version had more grit before. I don’t even have a problem with her feeling this way. But cover why in the dialogue. It would be so easy to have her say something like almost 30 years of loyalty to that man has given her nothing. It’s actually taken from her.

Yeah, that's how we ended up with "Lady of Spain," or whatever the hell Frisco sang to Felicia at their wedding.

Well we are at the non sensical point in the story where Curtis is now trying to prove Willow was framed for this so he's right about Isaiah and also doesn't want to go to jail because he assaulted an innocent man it's gone way too far.

Yeah, I already see him starting. I mean...SIR!!! You said a truce for Lord's sake? THIS is not at all how a truce works. He's giving obsessed. And I can't.

She looked upset for a half second and just moved on. Yes it’s hypocritical of Sonny of all people to say Carly is in danger being around Valentin but that doesn’t make the couple less stupid and groan worthy.

Excuse me??? Not them daring to bring up something from PM's brief run and use it for more Val propping.

Forgot to mention: Both Laura and Eden were very, very good in those hospital scenes this week. Laura is always great but she was especially raw there, and commendably did not care how she looked in those very real sequences. Eden was also excellent. She may not be a born actress but their bond is clearly very strong IRL.

It was the strangest most un-Carly like response to someone messing with Sonny or Jason that I’ve ever seen.

If she said what you posted here it would actually make perfect sense. The way they handled it though, just ugh.

I see Lulu gets to confront Carly tomorrow where Lulu will undoubtedly somehow be the bad guy because god forbid her cousin not clue her in about hiding her creepy baby daddy and letting her daughter see him.

Tangential, but Jeff Kober (along with AMC alum Brittany Allen, who has come a long way since then) self-submitted and was nominated for an Emmy for his work on HBO's The Pitt this past season. Well deserved, as opposed to the schlock GH gave him as Cyrus.

Why did they both have to self-submit? They both had a lot of story this season. I have no idea how the process works.

Jeff Kober was wonderful on The Pitt, and his nomination is deserved.

It makes it even clearer that the writing for him at GH was 🗑️ 🗑️ 🗑️

-- Are we ever getting a break from Sidwell? This is obnoxious.

-- Also obnoxious? Sonny and ADA Turner scenes. Oh, and the Curtis scenes.

HBO didn't bother. Which is a shame, but allegedly common with guest actors.

It is a shame. Brittany Allen (who played cancer patient Roxie on The Pitt) also got a Guest Actor nomination after self-submitting.

Brittany Allen self-submitted for AMC and won, so she knew what to do for The Pitt.
