Speaking of the errand boy, who was the new one that took Will's place? He was cute and adorable. He even had a name.

This! Yes. That’s what they need to do. The show has lacked that role since SF left in 2012 and it’s desperately needed.

Scott Clifton reveals that (in real life) he fainted and hit his head and got a concussion. Big gash on his forehead, had to have stitches. Life imitating art (Liam/Quinn storyline). This was somewhat visible on the episodes that aired on June 5 and June 8. "Some of you may have noticed the stitches above Liam’s eyebrows in Friday’s and yesterday’s episodes of #boldandbeautiful (along with a few playful lines of dialogue between him and Wyatt about it)"

Some of you may have noticed the stitches above Liam’s eyebrows in Friday’s and yesterday’s episodes of #boldandbeautiful (along with a few playful lines of dialogue between him and Wyatt about it).

Well, sometimes life imitates art, and Liam no longer enjoys the monopoly on head trauma. The night before we were set to shoot these scenes, I’d just come off of a particularly stressful day managing a crisis to do with my 81-year old mother (everyone’s fine), couldn’t sleep, and got up in the middle of the night—a little too quickly, apparently—to use the bathroom. But something wasn’t quite right, and I could tell I was about to faint. That’s the last thing I remember. I woke up slumped over the edge of the bathtub, upper body mangled inside of it with my feet draped outside. Blood everywhere, a splitting headache, and an impregnable determination to claw my way to a mirror and see just how much extra work I’d created for the B&B makeup department in a few short hours. And that’s when I noticed the giant hole in my face. Spent the night in the company of some lovely ER doctors who fast-tracked me into a room, scanned me, stitched me, and gently admonished for thinking I could let a makeup brush anywhere near my face for weeks. Oh and also, I should prepare myself for some temporary memory loss and cognitive sluggishness from the concussion.

When our phenomenal producers @rachelaherman and @caseykas got word a few hours later, they told me to stay home and rest while they rewrote the scenes to be taped the following week—leading up to which they would constantly check on me. The next day my phone was flooded with the most loving and concerned texts from the cast and crew, and that’s really the reason I’m posting about this: I am so sickeningly lucky to be a part of this team, this family, this wholly benevolent daytime empire.

Thank you to everyone at Bold & Beautiful for your kindness, care, grace, patience and resourcefulness—from our incredible makeup team, to our steadfast on-site medic, to the producers, directors, and @theedarinbrooks for putting up with this newfound ugly mug. ❤️

Logan vs. Forrester is the only good storyline happening on this vapid soap. But I know that Bradley and Casey will find a way to really mess it up. "Deacon's Bikini" is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous as a phrase. 🤣

Logan vs Forrester and the Sheila/Deacon/Taylor triangle needs to be brought back. I can't believe the week they got busted was one of their most watched weeks in forever and suddenly "poof" gone. Sheila should come back on the arm of Clarke Garrison or even Thorne Forrester to stir things up.

This is a logical turn because Katie, like Stephanie, watched Brooke open her heart in ways that mattered- Eric/$B - and, like Stephanie, Katie has always projected sophistication, class and morality in ways Brooke simply won't.

Honestly, as the chemist and her tenure running FC, Brooke should be portrayed as one of the smartest, but it's always BBB - Bedroom Bimbo Brooke we get, as evidence by her post-co-CEO rejection romp with Ridge.

Weird: House of Logan reiterated secrecy for the preview, including making sure Will locked the the door behind him ... yet the 3 models exited from that same door still dressed and without an escort. Strange directing choice.

Oh, that was easy, breezy, and good!!! I love that B&B has pivoted out of its mid-May slump. I feel engaged again.

Now I missed some episodes cuz out of town for my birthday, but I enjoyed what I saw. I am impressed with B&B having a teen/young set again in RJ/Electra/Will/Dylan again. Okay, a teen/young soap set period. I also like that we got a definite personality among them all. RJ with his smugness. Will the himbo...which we know I don't hate. Electra with the girl next door. Dylan with a grayness to her character. I like it. And I did like this week that they still have tension between Electra and Dylan and that feels more realistic to me. As did Dylan's Will daydream. Meanwhile, there is RJ still trying to get all up in Electra's face. Meanwhile, Will is over at the Spencers.

And I love when Brad Bell shifts the story focus to the Spencers. He balanced it with the Logans nicely. But I have to admit that it actually felt like the story surrounding Hope leaving for Logan and thus keeping Forrester vs Logan on the fashion runway has stopped stalling even more and is moving again. And YASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS to Deke FINALLY being added to that story. And Remy still trying to make those in-roads.

Which brings me to Brooke vs Katie. Oooooo I live for a great Heather Tom performance. And those little gems of dialogue about Hope that went over Brooke's head...SUPERB. That said...SHE SHOULD HAVE SLAPPED BROOKE BACK!!! Hopefully next time!!! But yes...to this part of the story...the fashion war...is FINALLY heating up again.

So...Fashion wars, teen storyline, an C plot...or two if I include Wyatt in the wings...going. Go on, B&B for me. Get your bounce back.

Heather Tom is always amazing, and this is the kind of story KKL must have been dreaming of since Susan Flannery left. She might not be a new Meryl Streep, but she excels in these kind of confrontational scenes with a strong scene partner. Watching her beg Ridge for attention opposite Thorsten Kaye who really doesn't give her much to work with has been painful.
