The ending. Tracy has the means to bust Drew, Martin & Ronnie right there in the boxes. So good.

Portia never learns. She talks to Curtis about her pregnancy and never mentions he might not be the father.

I love Ava and Portia getting close because of Ava’s relationship with Trina.

I really like their relationship too.  Portia is often written as a hot mess, but Ava has no judgement and I love that.

She’s the perfect sounding board for Portia. And Portia may know Ava has some evil in her but she also knows how much Ava absolutely loves Trina which shows the good in her. It’s a really great new friendship on the show.

Portia isn't written with that much complexity, but I do think it's easy for her to talk to Ava because she knows Ava has made huge mistakes and cares about Trina-and will have her back.

Honestly, I would rather watch Ava/Portia for an episode over Curtis ambushing Portia over the pregnancy.  And, yes, Portia should have told Curtis he might not be the father, but I can actually understand her being caught off guard and overwhelmed in the moment.  Sure, it's the same mistakes over and over, but it's also human.

I can't really buy the upright, forthright professional Portia of the past being friends with Ava at all (unlike her daughter, who has a kind of Robin/Sonny thing going with Ava), but I'm here for it for the moment. We can let Portia crash out for awhile, then one-up Curtis and Jordan before the smuggersons either leave town or die and start getting her life back together.

I always thought Portia was kinda smug in her upright personality and was actually just messy behind the scenes.  Like it was all a front.   I can totally see her going to someone more troubled than her and striking up a friendship.  Almost as a way to make her actions right.  Ava has done way worse, so I am not so bad.  We've all had that friend lol.

Unless it's a super long story, why does Ava care so much about Trina? Curious their background.  I was wondering that yesterday when Ava/Portia were together.
