Yes. Natalie was born Christmas Eve, 2003. Martha had gotten pregnant during the Spa Storyline, and Rose spent the summer off on some island adventure-ish story which culminated in Simon, Katie, Rose and Paul in a hurricane, I think. Lily was pregnant around the time that Luke came out, and ended up tumbling down some stairs in a fight with Luke. (I think.)

Storywise, ATWT never got around to doing much with either Natalie or Ethan. Ethan fell down a hole after Holden and Carly's affair, which resulted in Lily and Holden's reconciliation.

Kristina Wagner, sons born 1990 and 1994, resulted in Felicia's daughters Maxie and Georgie.

I think almost every woman on As The World Turns in the 1980s and 90s had their real life pregnancy written into the show Colleen Zenk, Hillary Bailey Smith, Lisa Brown and others who have been mentioned upthread. I am not sure about Susan Marie Snyder, although she was married to and had a child with her co-star Peter Boynton.

Lisa Brown's wasn't. She was pregnant IRL while Iva dated Kirk. Iva later got pregnant by John, resulting in Matthew John.

Amelia Heinle - First on Loving/The City as Steffi, when she went on to have Baby Casey offscreen on The City, she was pregnant IRL by her then-husband Michael Weatherly, and then on Y&R, when she was pregnant with her second son by Thad Luckinbill, Victoria had given birth in a coma to Reed in 2007.

Laura Wright—They wrote in her pregnancy like weeks before she went on maternity leave when she had her daughter Lauren, and Cassie would go on to have baby Roger Joshua, AKA RJ in 1998 on Guiding Light.

Kelly Ripa—Hayley's miracle pregnancy was written on All My Children when Kelly was pregnant with her daughter Lola in 2001, while Hayley would go on to have Lorenzo "Enzo."

Patricia Bruder had pregnancies written in but I'm confused as to actual dates 

Wikipedia says she has 2 children born 1965 and 1968.

Annie and Dee were born 1967 and 1969.

So I would assume Dawn( Dee) was the 1968 pregnancy but was Annie onscreen only?

Can anyone clarify?

Were any of Kristan Alfonso's pregnancies written in, I know the one with Shawn Douglas was not, but I cannot remember if the one with JT or Ciara was written in because of her real life pregnancy.

Alfonso's second child was born in 2002, Zach/JT was born in June 2000.
