Sorry, I didn't make that very clear. Yes, she didn't have an ultrasound in the hospital today. I meant maybe she has a reason to keep Bill from seeing an ultrasound. We know she showed Bill an ultrasound during her slideshow, but we honestly don't know if it is real or fake. Maybe, it could be real, but the time is off and she might be more pregnant than she is saying or something else is off about this pregnancy.

Hayley lying about the ultrasound and/or baby makes no sense. And honestly if she proves annoying ass Dani right, it’s going to take her insufferableness to a whole nother level that I’m not ready for. Today she was already too much. Plus I don’t understand what need Haley has to be pregnant 4 months in. Bill has over and over proven and shown he is done with Dani and has chosen Haley, half the time Bill acts like he can’t even stand being in the same room with Dani. Letting the annoying ex wife get into her head is stupid. And Haley needs a friend DESPERATELY. 

-- I'm not on board with the fake Hayley pregnancy, either, for all the reasons posted here. It's been fun to watch, but doesn't make much sense. If she's really a gold digger, she's an awfully dumb one.

-- I was howling as I watched Hayley in that hospital bed wearing those big ass earrings and that tight party dress, all the while hooked up to an IV. Then New Doc says "You can leave now." Garland Memorial is a special place 😂

-- Nicole was hard to take today. The Dani/Andre hookup is just none of her damn business.Se was entirely too sanctimonious with Ted, but I'm OK with that. We need to see Nicole as a real human with flaws. It's also good to see Ted make a decent argument instead of just standing there muttering "I'm sorry."

-- I'm still not buying Andre as a playboy. Nothing about him screams f-boy.

I feel like Hayley and Shanice should have been friends already. It would have given Hayley someone to talk to at least.

I agree. Shanice and Hayley could have interesting talks.

I'm kind of worried that they're evolving Shanice's character too much -- making her so professional that she can't be the nurse who loves the tea and spills the tea. I miss the Shanice from the first couple weeks.

Yeah when we said we wanted more Shanice we wanted our Nosey Nurse but in new locations. 

I'm on Nicole's side with a lot of this. OK, maybe Dani and Andre aren't really her business but then why did Dani feel the need to keep it concealed? She must've felt something was rather sordid about it. Nicole is being left out and lied to by people she's supposed to trust. Her husband, yet again, has kept pertinent information from her. THEIR son has been struggling mentally, and she has been excluded when she could have and should have been there to help him. She was robbed of her parental place. Then there's Nicole's parents who also knew about Martin's troubles but didn't tell his mother. How is Nicole supposed to feel here?

It's been established pre-serial Andre was a playboy based on his behaviours, etc., given he's been inclined to have casual sexual relationships.

Now that my shock has worn off...I'm not upset by it. I do have a lot of thoughts. lol. And I liked she basically gave her reasons to Bill BEFORE we got the coda of the episode. HER insecurity. Cuz she knows (like the rest of us) the REAL fire is between Bill and Dani regardless of what either says. Not to mention how she gained Bill will probably be how she loses him. The baby lie, of course, does not help. 

 

From the writing point of view...this guarantees there will be more mileage in the A story of Dani/Bill/Hayley (le sigh lol, not my favorite of the 3 main stories established in Episode 1 though NOT boring to me) once it is rotated back out like the SilkPress storyline currently is for the Martin's Secret storyline. It also guarantees that Hayley is bound to lose him at some point.

We have guessed that Hayley might be connected to Tracy or June.  Curious about both ideas.

Trisha Mann-Grant is a genius. She is ad-libbing her lines and coming up with the nicknames. The writers just ran with it and added more.

I am sure they will have their flaws, too, but I'm a sucker for the good guy cop (who happen to be cute...Dante GH, Chance Y&R I'm looking at both of you. Okay and Chase GH, too, hehe) character. And I adore Christine...well grown-up Christine. So I'm not surprised. I love how much Jacob and Naomi are in love with each other. And I love seeing an attractive black couple so very much.

While I will say they tried to give her reasoning right before the twist today, I 100% stand by you on this. How can you try to do a triangle...and it's been clear since Episode 1 they were going to try as THE A story...when not everyone has a POV in it to make them rootable or even sympathetic. They did that well with Dani...for better or worse. They did with Bill, too. Giving both flaws and their own storylines SEPARATE enough from each other that the current drama is juicier because of it. But Hayley, I've been saying is the weak link in the triangle for this very reason. She has none. The closest to a talk-to has been Caroline and we don't see her enough. And Derek...who she will probably try to use as a babydaddy in the near future. 😎 Especially since it's Ashley that knows the truth.

Andre sleeps with just ONE and pines for another. Not the true definition of a playboy. He should be the male equivalent of Vanessa. Offering his naked body to anything that moves.

Well so has Ridge about Brooke on B&B...and look at what's happening with that?  

 

Per today's episode...I do think it was a case of ex-wife getting in her insecure head as the reasoning for this. It could have been built up a little bit better, but it has been established that almost every time Hayley starts with Dani, Dani be finishing her with the quickness. And usually Bill LETS her.

Well tbf, I thought it was telling in the Andre/Nicole scenes today that Nicole made a point to say he was a playboy BEFORE he got back to town to stay. And he's already acknowledged that (outside of Ashley to the viewing audience) no girl has ever held his interest enough to want to be in a relationship with them long-term. Dani, it seems, would be the first. And since he's never been in one, this is new territory which is why he's not against coming out in the opening. Because as you and I know...you never forget that first time and he's clearly caught them feelings.
