I thought it was a great day but Willow lied, the whole time, she just told one lie after another. Thank god Carly didn't let her get away with it. She said that she & Michael were having problems. A lie. They were not. She said that the time when she did what Carly said was gone. When did she ever do anything Carly said? Never happened. Another lie. She said every single decision she has made she made for the benefit of her children. You guessed it. That's a lie. Carly said that technically Wiley is not her child. True! Carly said the only reason Michael let her be a mom to Wiley is because she is a good person, which she no longer is. Carly intends to fight for Michael's rights with his children.

I don’t think that the show is getting rid of Kristina. I think that Kristina will have a storyline inside Ferncliff. Nelle was mentioned today. Perhaps Nelle is still alive under an alias, and Kristina encounters her in Ferncliff.

I feel like I have a vague memory of this, but did Willow actually adopt Wiley?   I know she's the only mom he's ever known and blah blah...  I just can't remember if she legally adopted him.

I like the occasional dressing down of Carly like what happened today, but I hate that the writers will only have it delivered by characters who are very much unpopular and in the "wrong", so when they realize the error of their ways, Carly will inevitably come out as abrasive, but "right" all along, and all of her shortcomings will be magically swept under the rug again.

I would have been on team Willow if this argument was about her defending Nina a few years ago, but she is defending Drewfus.

TBH, I thought Carly "won" the argument and Willow looked stupid.  I don't think I can ignore basically everything Carly has done since 1996, but Willow just seemed to be idiotic yesterday.  I mean, good for her to stand up to Carly.  That's more screeching than any human should have to take from Laura Wright lol

It might not quite be the "dressing down" you're looking for, but we did just have a week where like 5 or 6 different characters stopped by Carly's hospital room to tell her that she was an idiot to continue dating the man who nearly got her killed from polonium poisoning. So it's not like she's being portrayed as completely unflawed.

The thing that most non-Carly fans miss is that her fans love her flawed. We figure the messier the better! Anything less would be so boring.

Speaking of Nina, could you believe it was her who texted Jason? And, did you see the look on her face the whole time?

Minus all the nonsense with Portia, Curtis and Trina acting like Drew paying for Kai's surgery is akin to signing a deal with the devil and Joss and Ken Doll secret agent guy, Friday was excellent.

Diane laid it all out for Alexis: Your daughter is insane and you are an enabler. So stop that.

Carly was infuriating in the best way. She shines when her hateful hypocrisy is called out, as it was immediately by Willow and Drew, as opposed to the Earth Mother role they've shoehorned her into the past few years.

She herself is an adoptee, as is her brother and so is her son yet without hesitation she told Willow that Wiley isn't her son. That was so nasty, my god.

I love what they're doing with Emma. The specificity is so rare in daytime. And they're building her as a legacy character taking after a fan favorite without making her a carbon copy.

Hmm what else?

Trina's top was really cute.

I kind of wish they would've made Gio and Emma boyfriend and girlfriend by now, they spend all of their time together anyway, just make 'em a couple.

Anyone notice that as soon as Jason and Sasha started heading toward coupledom that she exclusively wears all black everything? Btw I can't believe I'm saying this because I've found her useless for so long and Jason is mostly a test pattern to me when he appears but I'm enjoying their rapport. They look good together and somehow make the other more tolerable.

It was a lot of worrying over nothing?  Drew doesn't currently seem to have an ulterior motive for helping Kai out.  It's just shoulder surgery lol.  If Kai, a grown adult, is fine with just butt out.

I suspect Sofia Mattsson is pregnant in real life.  She hasn't confirmed that or anything so I'll just leave it at that because it's not my business.  It could also just be an odd stylistic choice since GH doesn't know how to dress anyone.  It's like when Sam and Jason used to wear matching black leather jackets.

I think Jason and Sasha make an okay couple.  It's just a retread of previous Jason romances.   I think Steve/Jason works best with fiery women like Carly, Brenda, or even Britt.  He's a good straight man to their antics.  And, no, that's not a Jarly endorsement lol.  Sasha just feels too bland for him.

Lol.  I know you are joking, but if there was any character I wanted to leave and never return in 2010 it was Spinelli.  Now, I actually like him a lot.  He is one of the few characters in a decade and a half that has positive character growth.

Spinelli is a character that works in small doses.  I don't know why Guza thought Spinelli was so funny and cool.  Bradford doesn't play Spinelli as hyper and childlike anymore either.  It's like the character of Spinelli just grew up and matured lol.  That never happens on GH!

    • I agree with you about rules & regs but, frankly, choosing between retirement & working uncredited, come on, we know what she'd choose & she'd be right to do so.
    • Hold up, hold up, hold up!!!   MADISON MONTGOMERY???   If a Zoe, Misty Day, and/or Queenie shows up...lol.
    • The Producers Guild of America (PGA), while not a union, does have rules and regulations regarding membership, conduct, and yes, credits. Assuming she’s a member of course. Being uncredited for what work exactly? Given her years of experience and multiple Emmy wins - why now decide you want to go uncredited for work you’ve done?
    • That's very sad. What party he represented for and which area he represented?
    • -- Daisy is a terrible name. If you're not going with a family legacy name, you gotta do better than that. -- When Frank is done with a character, he makes sure that character is painted in the worst possible way and the shade is thrown in the script. Natalia is being treated like a punchline to a bad joke....not that I mind. -- So Cody talked about Britt today. Gee, I wonder what's going on.
    • I remember another Phyllis residence -- I don't think that was a set shown abovethread, but I'm not sure.  Trying to remember some things off the top of my head but I might be wrong about part of it: I'm referring to the condo where Phick first had sex after the Michael/Lauren wedding.  I think they specifically referred to it as a condo?  After Stafford's Phyllis went into a coma, Jack sold it and I think he gave money to HunterKing's Summer when she married Austin? Or he gave Summer the condo?    There was a convoluted side plot about someone needing money and something from this was drawn in a shady way.  Something about it being sold?  And then when GinaT's Phyllis awoke from her coma, she had no condo to come back to.
    • Which union rules? SMH. Jill’s back, uncredited.
    • Yeah I don’t get why she wouldn’t be credited if she’s back. That seems odd. I hope it’s true though, because the show needs a change. Badddddd.
    • The casino scenes came out of nowhere in comparison to the rest of the week, but at least there was some movement in the storyline. Joey has really made a fool of Vanessa. Chelsea is really embarrassing herself with this doctor. The desperation is so obvious and she clearly gets that from Dani. Hayley was giving Donna Logan vibes because that is how Donna acted when Eric had a heart attack. Stealing potential evidence is not going to reflect well on Kat and might throw the case against Leslie. Tomas had no business in Eva's hotel room even if he did shut down her advances. But I think they still might end up together at some point because the book that Eva gave him is the same one Kat called basic which seemed like foreshadowing.
    • So Sharon decides not to go to France and stay behind to support Mariah, but now with Phyllis gloating about getting an invite I’m sure she’ll change her mind.    Mariah’s secret is that she screwed that old man? I’m so confused about what’s going on here, and Mariah coming out and telling Tessa that she can’t know her secret is supposed to do what exactly? Is that supposed to put Tessa’s mind at ease? Lol…. I’m getting Cameron Kirsten vibes though. Did he do something to her without her consent and things went too far? These writers really can’t come up with something original if their life depended on it
