Why on earth would Belle bring up a murder plot that Sarah would still only know about through heresay when they have documented proof with legal documents that Xander was ready to trade Titan to Kristen for an untested serum? I mean... that was legal gold for proving he didn't care about the company and Philip came to save it.

That's a really good point.  That seems like the obvious thing to bring up.

Frankly, I was wondering why Justin didn't suggest splitting Titan to begin with.  It only makes sense to me to mediate some sort of workable solution before going to court where Xander or Phillip could get nothing, but what do I know?

I hate the writing for Chanel's character she was never a person begging someone to be her friend and I don't see why the writers are push so hard for her to be friends with joy when the truth comes out about joy and johnny it is going to be worse for Chanel

The justice system in Salem is messed up.  First, Gabi is thrown in jail without a trial.  And now, a judge splits up Titan, despite that not being the damages that either side wanted.  The judge isn't Solomon from the bible, you can't just make up a verdict.

Beyond the hearsay issue, why was any of the testimony about violence allowed?  It wasn't relevant to the facts of the will.  This was a probate case.  Not a case about fitness as CEO.  That is an issue for the board to decide.  Can you imagine IRL if a judge was allowed to rule if Musk was fit to run X?  They shouldn't allow him to run a vacuum cleaner.

Going back to Philip, I am more surprised that Sarah can suddenly walk without any assistance.  It seems unethical for Titan not to develop this serum if it can magically cure paralysis in two days.

If only directors existed on DAYS again, JPL would be near flawless as Philip. I had a feeling Philip and Xander would get 50/50. Let Philip hire Kate back at Titan and set her free, I beg! I hope Belle's facetious statement about one of them killing each other wasn't foreshadowing, at least in Philip's case. I want him on the show permanently, please!

I was waiting for Belle to finally mention Xander has tried to kill half of her family members. He is a psychopath through and through. I wish more people could treat him with disdain as much as Belle gets to. I just hope the writers don't feel the need to have her apologize to him once the truth about the letter is revealed. As a Horton, I want to like Sarah, but with how much I detest Linsey Godfrey as an actress (was she this annoying on B&B), her being someone to root for while being with someone like Xander is insane. They should have played into the psychology more of how much Xander hated seeing her in the wheelchair and how the possibility of her not recovering clearly disgusted him.

Alex back in one of his ugly shirts. Why do they do this to RSW? Judging by his insta, he seems to be wearing suits a lot lately so I'm going to guess he'll be back at Titan soon enough. At least this lie brought back neurotic/insecure Stephanie, jumping at(on) her first chance to make herself feel better. Love to see it. But why were JPL and AK kissing like they were two straight actors forced to play gay?

    • Same here.  Anyone who voluntarily left Margo's penthouse set (except to go overseas or to Heaven) was immediately on my blacklist.  lol.

    • The penthouse was my favorite set... and it changed hands from Margo to Draper/April to Miles/Nicole then to just Miles... before he opted to give that beautiful place for that drab house with the even more drab Beth.  That was a jump the shark moment for me LOL
    • The storyline April and Draper are involved in during the summer/autumn of 1979 seems fairly "benign" but soon turns very serious.  April has a VERY intrusive, wealthy mother (Margo Huntington Dorn).  Margo knows that April and Draper (who've recently had a miscarriage and are theoretically never going to be able to conceive another baby) want to buy a house.  Margo hoodwinks them into buying a house they can't afford.  The house is listed at $100,000 (about $400,000 in today's dollars).  Margo pays the first $35,000 and leads Draper to believe the asking price of the house is $65,000 instead of $100,000.  If Draper finds out his meddling mother-in-law paid 1/3 of the cost of the home and tricked him, he'll be mad as hell.   Meanwhile, Draper has received a job offer from a prestigious New York law firm.  Margo pulls some strings and has the senior partner in the firm rescind the offer, to keep April in Monticello.  If Draper finds out about THAT, he'll be even angrier with Margo than he will be about the house trickery.  All of that is "bubbling under the surface" in the fall of 1979 but will be the next major story, as everything begins to spiral out of control.   Yep, you've got the Karrs and their very basic middle-class house, the Victorian-themed place where Miles and Nicole live, April and Draper's old craftsman house with the exposed beams, the Madisons & their Mission revival house, and Margo with her 1970s-chic penthouse.  Each of the sets is completely different.  And their budget was like zero, lol.
    • It felt weird and out of place.  I get it. While I agree with those on here that say he's gotten better, it's still really bad. I'm not seeing the "good" acting some see...but I'll give him a B for being better than when he first started. There's potential. I'll leave it at that.
    • It's like watching paint dry at a slow-ass pace. It's bad acting. Entirely. Excellent? With Claybon? Never. Ever.
