I like the actress and I think if they'd play up the sibling rivalry between her an Abigail she could work on the canvas since siblings fighting is a soap staple.

Gwen is Natalie Buchanan-lite. She had promise in the beginning, then they attached her to the Deveraux family, and it's been downhill ever since.

Me too. I was hoping it was going to come out she was somehow Eve Donovan's long-lost daughter. But now I want her gone. And it's sad because I like Emily O'Brien and remember wanting her as Jeannie Theresa Donovan when she left Why and Are.

I liked her, too. I also liked the reveal about her being Jack's daughter and the Abigail rivalry. But, then the story stalled when Abby wasn't on full-time and budget restraints limitied everyone's appearances.

Unfortunately Gwen’s usefulness ran out for me when she killed Laura and we still haven’t gotten a straight answer about what happened.
