They seem to be right in the middle of a story with a company she OWNS. Jill has been associated with everything Chancellor since the very beginning, and she is not part of the story line. She owns Chancellor Industries and the Chancellor mansion, her son Billy and grandson Phillip Chancellor the 4th are in both in front burner stories, but no Jill. They would never treat Jack & Victor like this with Jabot and Newman. With women they just substitute a much younger model and go with it like nothing has happened. This show is CRAP! If it isn't it's still a good step, since I was just waxing on about how soaps have fallen down on representation since the halcyon days of poor Mia Korf! Look, Christian LeBlanc is a very attractive older man but the thick white beard just makes him look like one of the old prospectors on Old West shows in the '60s! He looks like John Huston! And these shows need all the potential story they can get. Granted that’s an industry-wide failure (the few who seem to really break through are biracial or multiracial like Keanu Reeves, Henry Golding, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, or Christopher Sean on DAYS).
