No Janet Green? I know she got comical towards the end (so did Stefano), but she was a great villain during one of AMC's best runs in both quality and in the ratings.  

James Stenbeck Is too low and so is Roger Thorpe.

It’s a pretty generic list, even if you could quibble with the placements. Annie Dutton (GL) might not have aired as long as most of these, but I think I’d replace Kristen with her.

Some decent choices, but positions are questionable and some glaring omissions.

Helena was so improperly used.  All threats and no substance to almost her entire run.  Stefano accomplished a lot of evil deeds.  So did Roger- sometimes more shady than outright evil, but still.

Anders Hove has always terrified me as Faison.

No Grant Harrison??? 😡

Poor Ray Gardner always forgotten. 

Rachel Davis was probably the best villainess ever on any soap opera, and of course she is not included in the list.  This is really just a list of moustache-twirling super-villains (with a few exceptions).   The youthful editors at SOD likely don't even remember old fashioned soap opera archetypal villains like Rachel, Liz Matthews, Lisa Hughes, John Dixon, Phil Brewer, etc.  

I Wonder Why Victor Newman Never makes those lists tbh

It's really hard to narrow it down to 10 when there were so many greats out there.

Off the top of my head on Y&R I was thinking the late Darlene Conley's Rose DeVille, and the dude that buried Lauren Fenmore alive.

Santa Barbara fans...Shouldn't there be someone from that show? I can't think. Sherilyn Wolter (Elena Nikolas) comes to mind but her stint was brief.
