Thank you, @DramatistDreamer! This is why wearing a mask is so important. Several caregivers I have heard of were not wearing masks and they tested positive. I hate wearing a mask as much as everyone else, but I do it because it's been proven to make a difference.

Masks, social distancing and handwashing definitely make a difference.  Unfortunately, the bad advice coming from the WH is not being countered very well. The CDC has not put out the information forcefully or succinctly enough.

With the exception of Dr. Fauci, who has been silenced at times, and undermined many other times, there have been moments of confusing guidance. It has been shown that not only do masks protect others but it also protects the person wearing the mask, which has been said not to be the case--until it was. Part of this has to be due to the novel nature of this coronavirus but some countries have known this for several months, why is this aspect just being clarified in the U.S.??

And I am definitely worried to hear this since given all of my landlord drama this week. We get shut down again...I am frelled.

When I first read about the U.S./Trump Inc.'s efforts at a vaccine, this was one of the main scenarios I imagined would happen, which unfortunately has turned out to be the case.  This gives me great pause concerning the integrity of any vaccine the U.S. churns out.
