Carrie and Austin are the true love supercouple, not Carrie and Mike. Carrie and Mike were a nothing couple like Chris and Savannah.

Caustin are fine I like them, but by the time Mike/Carrie came around it was a welcome change.  I really don't mind Caustin, but  I think the entire viewership was ready for something else by the time Mike/Carrie were a thing. Austin was so dumb and blinded by Sami.

You can’t speak for the entire viewership, though. I’m part of the entire viewership and I did not want that to happen. Carrie and Austin are my favourite couple to come out of the 90s (Jack and Jenn technically started in 1989).

 

I wanted Mike with Billie but it never happened.

Who are Susan and Eric? I am annoyed that Ron broke up Susan and Edmund. They were a cute couple. It did make sense for her to turn to an Elvis impersonator, though.

I love Austin. He’s a heroic hunk, which is just how I like my soap men. He’s my second-fave Days man of all time after Jack Deveraux.
