IKR?  Adam is Christian's biological father.  If he wants custody of his son, then just have him take Nick to court.  I'd much rather see a custody battle than this bullshit.

Adam could've just as easily coaxed Abby into starting their own company (perhaps, with Ashley or Jack's financial backing?) in order to take on Dark Horse and Newman Enterprises.  Again, IJS.

I don't mind the idea of Adam unceremoniously thieving Nick's dumbass Mal Young edgelord company. I do think he should be doing it BTS, pulling the strings through a third party while appearing to only be fighting for Christian in the courts. If he fails there, then he pulls the trigger on taking Dark Horse and ransoming it for Christian. (Or, this being Adam, he could and IMO should get Christian back the legit way and then take Dark Horse anyway. Vindictive, yes, but that's who these siblings are.)

it would be cool if there was a huge twist and the "charity" Nick donated his $500m to was a shell Adam created... that would be an impressive, "bad boy" move that would continue the Adam-narrative, but doesn't involve sleeping with his woman, killing someone's kid, or making a woman think she's insane and then fall down the stairs, miss-carry her baby, and then make her thing the dead baby inside of her is still alive... But what do I know about soap writing? 🙄
