You misunderstanding context of conversation about bad writing for Devon resulting in him getting hate  does not segue into my being called to the podium to justify liking Devon or Bryton. If the genre weren't in such a decline, I'd advocate for spinning off Cane and Lily onto their own show.  I mean, anything, just to get them the hell off Y&R.
