Dog, two cats, husband, all snoring late at night. All on the bed. Me awake reading a Louise Penny mystery novel. Life doesn't get better than this.

Let's go to Wallys to meet some men.

Let's go to Jose's. The food is great and they make all the waiters wear these really skintight bullfighters' pants

Perfect day for cozy blankets, warm snacks, and movie time. Puddle jumping optional, staying snuggled highly recommended.

Started taking B-complex vitamin this morning, because it was on sale in the store... thought why the f-ck not... and chileeeeeeeee... this sh-t is NUTS. First... I actually forgot I took that vitamin pill... but then later through the day I was so energetic and doing so much stuff, being so concentrated and productive... to a point that I thought what different have I done today, what have I eaten or taken... and then voilaa... I remembered that vitamin. Such a great surprise. Take your vitamins, y'all. Or just eat nutritious food that has more of this stuff in the natural form!

My mom used to give my dad a B-complex thing the she called "stress formula", a combination of B vitamins (and perhaps other vitamins or minerals added) that help you offset stress. This was way back in the 1960s and it was not a brand name, just my mom's name for it. I never forgot that. Now I purchase "fortified" nutritional yeast and sprinkle it on food. Has a nice "umami" taste and is great on popcorn instead of cheese.

Fyi, a few years back you suggested magnesium glycinate and it has really helped me, so thanks for that.

I'm so glad it helped. I still take it especially when I feel a headache coming or my muscles are sore. It literally stops a migraine in the tracks for me.

And that B-complex is a game changer. I have noticed it has regulated my sleep. I used to stay up till 3 in the morning... Now it's 22:30 and I'm falling asleep and I'm up at 7 in the morning without alarm. I've never been more productive during the day while I'm working. The only thing I changed was starting to take that B-complex.

I have to find and buy yeast like that. I've heard so many good things about it.
