Could easily be both.

The Greg Rikaarts and WDVs of this world know it's a tough audition environment out there for them. Unless they want to 'star' in a 10-minute no-viewers web soap funded from their own pay packet? Even after they are fired, they cling onto their soap with all their might!

Probably both. Actors get their fans in a tither and have them campaign on their behalf. Clearly it works.

 

 

Juliexis has a huge fanbase. Only couple 50 plus that has major airtime and a big fanbase. Shelly knows how to write for older women she is a feminist in a sense.
