They took true [!@#$%^&*] and did the best they could. I like Kathleen Gati too. I can't believe how many bad acts there were with bad actors all over it. RPW, Hayley Erin, Brytni Sarpy, Lexi Ainsworth ... lawd. I don't know why they chose who they did to have acts on the show. Awful awful awful. Rumor has it GH is considering eight new roles to try and pull up their sagging ratings. Here’s a look at who might be coming to Port Charles. Eight Characters Rumored for Casting or Recasting A member of the Facebook group General Hospital Discussion claimed inside information and posted a General Hospital spoilers list she says is a “current listing of characters that are being discussed for a casting call or already have been interviewing for [a role].” On the juicy list of characters are several with legacy last names that might tickle fans’ fancies enough to get them to tune back in if they’ve abandoned the ABC soap. Some of the last names on the list include Spencer, Baldwin, Webber and Ashton. There are also two characters on the list that are generic and nameless, so they will come and go as bit players. However, what makes this more exciting is that one of these roles was hinted at by Daytime Confidential‘s Jamey Giddens on the most recent DC podcast. Giddens is a trusted source for General Hospital spoilers and soap scoops and hinted that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) would get a love interest from a “family everyone adores.” Two Spencer Recasts Rumored The General Hospital spoiler about two Spencer recasts is quite exciting. It doesn’t seem likely that GH will ever win back Jonathan Jackson as Lucky Spencer given his success on prime-time hit Nashville plus his music and restaurant ventures that keep him tied to the Tennessee city. It’s a perfect time for Lucky to show back up in Port Charles given all the drama with Jake Spencer (Hudson West). However, it’s the other rumored Spencer recast that offers the biggest General Hospital spoilers bang. GH rumor has it Cameron Spencer (currently played by Michael Leone) will be hit with soap opera rapid aging syndrome (SORAS) to make him a teen and the love interest of Joss. The Spencers are a family everyone adores, so this could tie back to Jamey Giddens’ rumor. Cam was born in May 2004 while Josslyn was born in November 2009. She's grown into a very pretty young woman, she's a pretty decent actress and viewers have a vested interest in her. Think of the flashbacks to reintroduce her! I would love to see her in scenes with Lucy, Scott, and Kevin again. Again- she is a good actress. But Frank will give us someone like nuKristina or nuKiki instead. Bring back Celia, give her a couple of kids and you've got a Quartermaine family on the show again. As someone who loves GH, but hasn't watched in years because I just can't handle the Sonny/Jason stuff, aging Cameron does nothing for me, certainly not to be with Joss who comes with Carly and I can't stand her. I'd love to see Serena, especially if Carly plays her again! I'd love a good Brook Lynn (though I actually really enjoyed AL's Brook). Both of those would get me to check in at least, watch a few episodes. And not mentioned but why is there never a Tommy Hardy?? I do recall that later writers made Celia a very fickle character. If I remember right, Monica and Celia got along, so, I'm sure Monica would open up and share "her" house to Celia and family.
