I'm sick of seeing the same characters on every [!@#$%^&*] day.

 

Im even getting sick of characters I like, like Jill, Billy and Lauren. I don't like when one story is featured SO heavily like this everyday. You get tired of it.

Agreed.  The pacing sucks.

 

Or...maybe this is the new normal.  Feature a story for a 2-3 weeks, then back burner them for a few weeks...

 

I sure hope not, but who knows.

Thing is Jess loves working with Tristan 

 

I blame Jess Walton for Colin still being around the same way I blame her for Jill's ties to Cane.

Even if she likes working with him ....I doubt she has any say on who they hire to appear on the show. The sad part is the writers...Sally Sussman. The Colin/Jill story didn't work the first time. Why does Sally think it would work the second time? Just dumb!

 

 

Sally Sussman as HW so far....

1. There is no story.

2. There is a story but lasts 2 weeks and the lead goes to characters we don't like ...Gloria.

3. There is a story but its a boring one.

4. There is nothing going on and boring.

5. There really isn't a story but it lasts 2 weeks and its boring and involves characters the audience doesn't care about....hi Gloria!

6. The storyline is very weak and fizzles with no great ending.

What any of these actors like or who they want to work with is meaningless to me. I care about what I want to watch and it's not Jill being some grifter's doormat.

Jill is better than this.  This is not the same woman who fought tooth and nail with Katherine or the Abbots.

If I'm not mistaken, she requested he be brought back (way back when) and the show honored it. Presumably, because TPTB don't truly care about Jill or what she does. GT and JT love working together and look what happened there.

And the sad part is that I don't care about either pairing so why should I as a viewer watch?  I love Jill, Phyliss and Billy but the pairings are all wrong.

I'm assuming the show thinks you will watch characters you love regardless of who they are paired with.

Hopefully to end the character.  We all know he has someone up there let their pants down a long time ago, and GR is here to stay :-(
