Ivy wants her job back so she goes to Quinn to ask her to put in a good word with Eric. WTF? Last time they interacted, Quinn all but ran her out of town bc she hated her over her hurting Wyatt. Why would Ivy think Quinn would help her come back? Why wouldnt she got to her father to put in a good word with Eric or go to him directly? Plot contrived BS

Liam and Wyatt had the SAME exact conversation for the 89th time. He then went on to have the same convo with Steffy for the 92nd time

How cute. Bill got Brooke her own Spencer sword engagement ring. Im glad they are engaged and hope they actually get married. Im ready for them to just settle down instead of this back and forth almost nonsense.

Can someone explain why Katie is so obssessed with Brooke's lovelife? Granted its intersected with her own, but there is a reason why she is single. She is being super messy getting involved and pushing Ridge to get back with Brooke

In case it wasnt clear, Wyatt, Steffy and Liam had the SAME conversation yet again. We've only been hearing it for 4 months straight.

Thank Gawd I didn't watch today!

Ivy will never be interesting.

Bill and Brooke are just blah together.

Bradley Bell really needs new story lines.

The Wyatt, Steffy and Liam merry go round is so boring.

LOL…so true

When is the last time that Bradley Bell had a great story going on? I can't recall. His writing has become so boring, repetitive and full of clunkers.

I saw alot of the one episode that had no Quinn, Wyatt, Liam, or Steffy.  The next day it was back to all of them and I turned it off.  Read the recap - much faster.  The last time Quinn and Ivy had any interaction it was because Ivy called her asking if Liam was OK orwhatever (and that made no sense that she wouldn't have called Eric or someone in the family) and then she told her she was sorry for what happened with Wyatt and Quinn told her never to contact her again (like Quinn ever listens when someone tells her that).  So this pairing up makes zero sense that they would suddenly be buddies.  But it appears like most of his writing, Bell expects you to have no memory of what happened.  And I guess we're supposed to believe that Eric somehow dislikes or hates Ivy...which again makes no sense.

And the last interaction Liam and Ivy had - he told her Steffy would always be his choice.  That's why she left.

But you can see y'all - this is all going to be new and fresh this time...Quinn is going to scheme to try and have Wyatt keep the girl, and keep the girl away from Liam....this is all new and FRESH storytelling.  And once Steffy sees Liam and Ivy hanging out, then she'll be more interested in Liam again.  And Liam will forget that he told Ivy that Steffy would always be his choice.  And Wyatt will continue to try and stay with Steffy even when she tells him she loves Liam and always will....and Wyatt will forget he ever said he wouldn't be someone's 2nd choice (even though he always is).  Yawn....I'll stay tuned out this go-round.

How would she know? She wasnt in contact with anyone from LA and this never made it to pubic news. With that said, I expect the sow to completely ignore the fact that she was concerned about him being MIA and even tried to call Quinn to find him

    • I like the slow burn romance building between Tomas and Kat, and I also liked the homework scene with Tyrrell and his lady friend (Phil & Tara on AMC had a study date talking math as they made eyes at one another). What I most liked about this episode was that we had longer scenes today between Anita/Tracy, Chelsea/Kat, and Tomas/Kat mixed with shorter scenes.   I wonder if the breakdown writer, or script writer, determines the length of each scene.  I also have a feeling Chelsea's going to run to Dani after learning about Hayley's possible bun in the oven... and that horrid heffer (Dani) will stick her nose where it doesn't belong. That said, I liked the spark of spunk from Hayley at the end.  If she were smart, she'd pay the country club crowd no attention and focus on making friends with others outside the gate.
    • After his excellent portrayal of JFK - I remember watching it as a kid and being wicked impressed - Devane must have been in demand for big ticket projects. Sadly, he didn't get very good guidance in choosing the right parts, an often overlooked aspect of the entertainment business....to Knot's Landing's benefit, of course...
    • I'm not ready at all. But at least I can take some time at least. I know I'm going to be a crying mess.
    • I hope Rena Sofer, as Lois, remains at GH for a long time to come
    • Well, the writing wasn't helping him so it's good to hear.   VERY good to hear.
    • I'll give it a shot. If this is bad it's on you, @carolineg!
    • Absolutely ridiculous that three soaps are going to make me watch today's episodes.
    • *eyeroll* on Hayley.   While I feel like he has more chemistry with Eva, the actor playing Tomas is slooooowly improving.   Le sigh Smitty. That said...we know I'm loving the near-misses around Martin's secret. And happy it is getting attention again the last week of May Sweeps.
    • I love how farmboy  Hart became a Guido with a thick New York accent. You could tell they never knew or cared what to do with Hart post MH, he was just a hunk of steroids to take off their shirt and have girls fight over him, but I never understood what Bridget, Dinah or Cassie saw in him..(besides the proverbial roll in the hay, now there is a 20 on the dresser get out.) The move from Hilliard to Grillo was really quick and I would like to know the story...was Moniz not liking him? For more on our good old George Pilgrim, read "Unscripted" where he makes a cameo appearance as Sumner Redstone's much younger mistresses side piece. When you read about him you could imagine that Pilgrim was writing his own dialogue as obnoxious J.  There is NO way he was a product of Nola and Quint.
    • What an hour of soap opera television. -- It doesn't get much better than this. Every actor delivered in every storyline. There's so much blame to be placed on so many characters for their mistakes, yet it's impossible not to sympathize with them. -- When Tracy looked at Gio after hearing the news about Dante and Brook Lynn, iT was just another example of the excellence of Jane Eliott. All it took was one look to make an already good Giovanni Mazza even better. -- My heart broke for Gio, but you have to feel heartbreak for Brook Lynn and Dante, too, unless you have ice in your veins. -- Cody's understanding and sympathy for everyone was real and sincere. Lulu was into her "Well, maybe in the long run this will all be better," but Cody understood that part of Lulu's reaction was a defense. She made mistakes, but she never wanted to hurt anyone. -- Neither did Lois, who's going to get it from all sides and take the brunt of the blame. I don't think she'll get any relief from Ned. Rena Sofer has been great at expressing her pain. -- Rory Gibson is off to a good start as Michael, and is expressing more emotion than he did in his entire run at Y&R. -- I didn't mind the Trina and Kai "first time" scenes. Those scenes were well-acted and nicely directed, and some goodness was needed in a show with so much heaviness. GH is on a really good run, and every day has been must-see TV.
