I didn't know they were bringing back Chance. Your theory on Chloe's return is most likely right given that pet JT is Billy. Kevin been needing Chloe's fuckery for story though. That'll still be the case.

They might play Kevin  but I'm sure Billy is the lead of whatever story is being penned in that orbit. 

They're looking at Chance coming back too? Good the show needs to the revive the Chancellors. I was thinking the other day how I even miss JT and Mac and they could be a tentpole couple for the show, only with good writing and actually having a decent actress playing Mac.

Yes, I can see him as her bestie. Nothing more. One of the reasons EH left is because she wanted more grown up stories. I doubt she's signing back on for more story with Peter Pan.

It sounds as if Chance might be on his way back to Genoa City.  If that's the case, then I wonder which one of JFP's pets will land the gig.
