Giddens and co. keep mentioning "Periscope," which ol' Stafford is active on. I have no idea who it is for sure, and I am no fan of Stafford, but getting into a public fight with a star is not a good look. Especially one they sang to the heavens about when she was unnecessarily hired at GH.

It may not be up to JP, ABC may want an actress over 40 (and lets face it, Maura reads a lot older than she really is) that plays a highly extendable character off the show.

It's pretty obvious now that ABC is very involved and Shelly and Jean will be pushing their agenda on a day to day basis.

Let's hope so, for everyone's sake! I love Maura West on this show but Denise has pushed me to the limit and I would not weep for her exit at this point.
