There's a casting call out today for Joey, a “16-year-old, gorgeous Causcasian male” and Elijah a “16-year-old, gorgeous, African American male” who also happens to be a high functioning autistic.

Could they be recasting/SORAsing Theo? I mean obviously. Makes sense with Dena back; She created his story with influence from her son having autism as well.

If so, surely they'd do the same with Ciara as well?

I really wish they would leave them as kids and focus on fixxing the current teen scene which is lame. JJ is the only one worth a damn.

They better leave Ciara alone.

I will riot if they don't keep the girl playing Ciara. She started off hilariously bad, now she's the best kid on Soaps.

I love Lauren Boles to death but how are they going to have Theo 16 and his childhood BFF & partner in crime Ciara, still 8? I'd be so bothered!

Oh my god. My head just exploded at the thought. Pleeeeeease no.

I will say, though, that if the new regime's way of putting their stamp on the show is to age Joey and Theo for teen stories (which would give Kayla and Abe more to do), I'm in favor of it. Additions like JJ and Theresa have worked way better than Jordan, Ben, Serena, newly invented Paige, etc.

As much as I like those two actors, weren't they overdue for a SORASing about 5 years ago? They're doing that thing again. Theo is a year older than JJ.

How old are Ciara & Theo supposed to be without SORASing?
