Only 87 more days till National Fruitcake Day.......... It is also time to rewrap those fruitcake with freshly soaked brandy cheese cloth. Remember to take a few sips of that brandy to be sure it has not turned .... Best to get several bottles of that brandy. You will have to rewrap that fruitcake three or four more times before the Holidays .... And always keep checking the brandy, This is the most important part as you certainly do not want to wrap those fruitcakes in spoiled brandy.
