In January 2012, General Hospital had 26 contract cast members and 22 recurring cast members, making a total of 48. By July 2014, GH had 30 contract cast members and 39 recurrning cast members, making a total of a 69, with 29% of those cast members debuting for the first time since Frank Valentini took over.

Take all of the current writers creations, and the writer and make a spin off.

Start with eliminating the 2 characters at the top and work my way down to 92% of their creations! GH cannot be a good well written show with no talents at the top coupled with a morbidly obese cast. Deadly combination!

The show really needs to cut the size of its cast. It s totally unmanageable at this point.

I dont really care who stays or goes as long as loudmouth Felix is gone.

I love it and wouldn't change a thing! Except have Nate be bi and lock lips with Milo who turns out to be bi. Meanwhile, we learn Epiphany is trans...(not Michelle Obama as Joan Rivers suggested the other day).

I think at least 5 characters should be killed off in a some major way. I say car accident, explosion, illness/plague or ol' fashion serial murder storyline

Half the cast needs to go. So many characters go weeks and weeks without being seen because there are just too many characters and stories. When's the last time Lucy and Kevin were on? Some time in May? Scotty? Lucas?

For starters, Kiki, Franco, Silas, Nina, Felix, Sabrina (don't bring her back), Stumpy, Ava and Levi can all go.

Also arent they adding Christina Collins, Serena Baldwin, Anna Donely and their Boyfriends? Or was that fake?

It appears some of that was bullshit and I don't know how or why. I know some of those alleged additions were to be for real, but I don't know which ones at this point.

There were also a whole score of bullshit Kevin and Lucy scoops last year (like that they had a third kid - please) which I did not buy into, but those were previously thought to be unrelated. Why anyone would manufacture a vast raft of fake scoop for Kevin, Lucy and their children is beyond me.
