LMAO at Marlena and Sami walking in on Eric and Nicole and harping like the harpies they were. Too bad Eric didn't tell them bc I really wanted to hear them go in on Nicole.

Oh my god, I CANT with this Daniel and Jennifer nonsense. Again, they fight over the DUMBEST things. Very juvenile.

The only good thing about those scenes is that they allowed me to make this

Kate and Stefano's story happening offscreen is LAME. That's GH type of sh-t

They should be embarassed over those Dannifer break up scenes. Sooooo stupid and it's no wonder most of us hate Daniel. That was just absolutely horrible. I'd really give anything to have Daniel off of this show. And my God, why do they dress Jennifer so horribly? This is all so contrived and forced, and sooooo many characters have been thrown under the bus and wasted on this so-called couple. Jennifer comes off so desperate and pathetic going after him. Her entire life revolves around him. Who the hell is this woman? It sure isn't Jennifer Rose Horton. It's a pathetic middle-aged woman desperate to hold onto a man. Frankly, that man is not worth it.

I'm also disgusted if this is true

T and Gabby were probably the best thing about the episode. I really wish we had gotten them. I'm also slightly annoyed that Gabi gets this send-off with everyone important to her while other characters over the years, bigger than her, got either a rushed crappy exit, or no exit at all.

I'm really not here for Kate and Stefano getting back together. I'm also annoyed, again, that it's happening off-screen. They clearly don't know what to do with Kate so they're going this route again.

I have nothing to say about Ericole. Talk about ruining both characters, IMO. Horrible, terrible writing.

I thought that T/Gabi scenes were the highlight of yesterday's episode too. I really hope that the writers decide to invest in the character and make him (Brendan Coughlin) a regular. I'd like for a young ingenue to come in and be paired with him. Paging Stephanie or Chelsea!

Moving on, I hope that this idiotic fight is the one thing that finally breaks Dannifer up for good. This pairing is one of the few minor things that keeps this show being great. Hell, if they'd break this coupling up, I'd be extremely content. Dare I say I am praying for Kassie DePaiva/Eve Donovan to have stellar chemistry with Daniel because it's apparent they've broken them up so Eve (Jennifer's foe) can swoop in and take him.

Stefano and Kate being paired together doesn't bother me much because I enjoyed the pairing. Kate is the type of woman that she needs a strong man beside her, to match her. Whether is it Stefano or Victor.

Nicole and Eric ... meh. I'm really over Nicole and her excessive whining at this point. Just marry her off and give her baby because this character truly deserves some happiness because she stays losing.

But I am going to speak this into the universe until it happens--Can we get a John/Marlena/Roman triangle and a Maxine/Abe love story? I hate how these five characters are being wasted.

I was really impressed with those Gabi/Hope/Julie scenes. Camilla Banus was, well, OK, but the scenes weren't about Gabi anyway. I liked how they allowed Julie to be irrational and angry, especially since no one told her a strong reason why Nick was murdered. I heard some people saying this made them hate Julie, but I'd much rather see the character written as angry and grieving and not always saying the nicest thing than being written as the generic older woman who dispenses wisdom. I thought SSH did a good job, especially when she told Hope she wasn't asking Hope about seeing Gabi, she was asking "Detective Brady."

Julie have a seat. Nick had enough chances.

His 2nd was when he didnt go to Jail for Willow's death

3rd was when he got paroled in 2012

4th was after smith Island when he wanted to get help

5th was after coming back in Jn 2014 lying about how he wanted to make amends when he wanted to control Gabi

His chances were up

Julie get your damn head out of the Sand

So he deserved to die? Who the hell is Gabi to make that call. I'm with Carl. Love Julie and her spitfire attitude and we need more of her. She was completely justified in her anger. As mentioned, her cousin was murdered and no one told her why. To her, Nick had changed his life around and he and Gabi were happy and ready to move forward with their lives. She knew he was troubled but she knows nothing of the threats and the blackmail he's done since he returned. Gabi as someone who seemingly loved him, murdering him came out of left field and she had the right to confront his killer and demand answers. We didn't see it but she mentioned the grief and turmoil Jessica and Marie are going through. She had to deal with that

    • Well before the craziness starts, I just wanted to say that off of this week's promo...I love that show so far stays playing all the beats. And just when you think they forgot about something or someone mentions a loose end here...it circles back around. I love the attention to those plot details. So far.
    • Sadly, it won't.  If anything, it'll convince the donors and others even further that they were right to push Biden out of the election (never mind that Kamala would've been on standby had he been unable to fulfill his duties as president).
    • Interesting..this is more then likely why I found Reva 2.0 boring and annoying..she had everything she wanted...now what else is there but some outside evil person or clones? It also might have been one of the reasons McTavish had Quint have an affair..it made Nola loose her Prince. But unfortunately they didn't do anything with it but made Nola a sad sack whiner. I wish they had her write a book..of course, some tell all which would make everyone pissed at her, especially Van.   Long was desperate to sideline Van into the Lewis hole. They had Van working at Spaulding again in 85 around the time Alan came back. I would love to have had Henry and Van tired of Alex dragging some nobody blond guy and trying to install him as a Spaulding, and fight to get their part of the company back. They could have used Ross to help them and of course, Billy would be p*ssed off that Van wasn't sitting at home and her old sharpness comes out.
    • I hope this shuts down all the book publicity [clickbait gossip] regarding Biden's mental acuity.
    • I’ve always wondered - why did Wayne decide to leave DAYS in 1984? He and Deidre were at the peak of their success, and their on-screen relationship was so iconic. Three years together just feels too short. Was there a specific reason for his departure at that point?
    • re: Damian's wardrobe: Bringing this over from the May spoiler thread, now that it's already aired:   Lily and Damian, Monday May 5 U.S. (Friday May 2 CDN)  they first encounter one another at CL, and then go to the lounge for drinks.

    • March 27, 2025 - GH Sherilyn Wolter (Celia Quartermaine) visited Emma Samms (Holly Sutton Scorpio).  They are friends in real life.
    • Poor Philip. I appreciate how seriously his and Xander’s scenes were taken though. It felt like real drama and not like a big joke. You could actually feel Xander’s pain and anger. It adds another dynamic to the Kiriakis family storylines and I’m looking forward to the effects that this is going to have across the canvas. I can see them weaving Kate and Roman into this storyline as well. And it would be really nice if this somehow helped cause conflict for Stephanie/Alex too, especially because of what Alex did today. With any luck, Stephanie will be furious about it.  And I’m glad that Sarah has Maggie to confide in about her secret. I also liked seeing Steve and Shawn (and their matching jackets

) continue to be on the case. Kevin, revealing everything to them is another interesting turn in this storyline. Plus, it seems the writing has improved for Shawn as well.
