Actually, I was in favor of keeping David Tom but moving him away from Victoria. I really liked Billy and Chelsea. But they're determined to go forward with the WTD story with Billy, Victoria and Stick, and David Tom was butchering that. I think the nunuBilly was better.

I didn't like Cady McClain from Day 1 as Kelly...still don't.

This dude has to be a temp, whether they're admitting it or not. They can't seriously be planning to run with him for good - they're desperate to retrieve Billy Miller. It may not be quite as egregious as Jennifer Bransford's Carly, but this guy is just off. And older than sin.

I don't understand what 95% of the stories or characters on this show are doing.

Not to defend BJ because I dont think hes a good fit but Jenifer Bransford was the best Carly recast. I hate that her short stint is used as an example of casting gone wrong.

I like JB better than her predecessors, but LW is right where she belongs [for now].

JB wasn't as bad as people made her out to be in the role. But I think LW has worked as Carly, way more for me than she ever did as Cassie on GL. I was thrilled when she left GL.

Back on topic ... shame Tom was "too young" (cough*bs*cough) but now BJ is, imo, too old.

I promise not to add anything on JB or LW in this thread but will say this: as an actress i dont mind LW but regardless of how long she played the role she will always be Carly in name only.

I have the misfortune of watching BJ "act" on OTH and i thinki he has even fewer facial expressions than SBur (if thats even possible).

And IMHO the problem with BJ as Billy is that they recast because DT was too young but they haven't begun writing the character as more mature. Maybe that's because they made the switch and didn't have time to edit the scripts. Hopefully as they move forward we will see Billy grow up.

Cady McClain looks incredibly uncomfortable. I don't understand why this nothing character is still here without Cynthia Watros. I also don't understand why she and "Stitch" are having the same passive-aggressive yet bizarrely convivial conversations they were having six months ago. Just stop, lady.

How the hell are Neil and Hillary getting married? He was still with Leslie in February!

Cynthia Watros was the only reason Kelly worked, without her, this character needs to go now.
