Somebody is going to kill Jordan. I can feel it in my bones.

Is Donna Mills done or does she have at least a scene with Nina in store? I'm not sure if her taping schedule was all before MS was cast.

I was just thinking that Kiki would probably turn out to be Nina's kid. But I don't think a Josh Madden thing is going to happen. I understand that RC isn't very popular here, and that he does have his faults. But that type of thing doesn't seem to be his type of fault. A baby switch....a stole embryo....but not that. Besides, I don't think ABC would let that happen again. Wasn't Josh Madden erased from the continuity by the end? (I never watched AMC, so I am not certain).

I think it is more likely that we will be told that Nina gave birth while in a coma.

I am not certain whether Ava and Franco will turn out to have had a kid of their own. And I am not certain whether Ava's baby is biologically hers, or if it will be another stole embryo from Dante and Lulu.

You have not forgotten. We were never told.

What we know? Ava hid Kaka from Silas and decided a serial killer should be her father and then hid Kaka from the serial killer. I'm sure, at some point, it made sense to moRon, which is why he wrote it.

Why do you think this? I think VA/Jordan is pretty safe right now. She may have Anna's job before long.

I don't see them giving Jordan that kind of foundation role. She's a decent actress so far, but the role is nothing much, IMO - it's plot function and a little filler for tertiary (re: minority) characters the show doesn't care much about. Beyond the plot stuff with Julian and Eckert, what is her dramatic ammo on the show right now? Material with Shawn and T.J., two characters the show has little time for.

They've made some concessions with more material for T.J. and Tequan Richmond recently because they recognize he's talented, because he had a hit indie movie on the coasts last year, and most of all because FV's last Great White Hope, Rafe, crashed and burned and in FV's eyes they have to find some vaguely compelling teen drama somewhere. But do I think Jordan, Shawn and T.J. are going to get some major storyline going forward, that Jordan, or any character of color, is going to take over the cop shop? No. They can't even recognize that Sean Blakemore is the single most stunning male on the show, regardless of his average acting ability; they'd rather visually showcase other men who aren't as attractive. Putting black characters in major roles simply does not compute for them. I think they tried it at OLTL, a number of years ago, and they felt it didn't pan out - Rachel Gannon was purged along with the rest of the Kish crew, and from then on Ron and Frank's approach seemed to become Ron's beloved '80s soap approach, the one that was practiced then at many shows, where the black people are the supporting set. They might give T.J. a little more because he's young, talented and has some cachet, but the others? I'm not seeing it. IMO, Shawn and Jordan are only a slightly more plot-relevant Brian and Claudia.

There is no way Sean Blakemore can be in a major role. He might be the worst actor on the show, even worse than Ryan Paevey. At least RP when he reads his cue cards makes feeble but commendable attempts at conveying emotion. Blakemore is just a dead tree, a lump who barely moves his face, can't use his voice for dramatic emphasis, and usually just stands there iike part of the furniture. The kid who plays TJ is miles better than he is. Heck, the kid who plays Spencer is too.

Of course the actual worst actor remains Roger Howarth.

The onnly way I can buy Tracy now is if i imagine FauxLuke piking the water she drinks with stupid pills.

Tracy would have wrrestled that phone out of Luke's hands to find out about baby Rocco. Say what you want but family matters to tracy. And she had a special bond with Lulu she didnt have with Ned or Dillon.

Rocco is as close to flesh and blood to her as anything in the world.

    • Someone called Leslie "LADS" for all the names she has used LMAO
    • @xtr I agree, Bill's love for his children levels out his character. There is something already lovable about him.
    • The new Ted comes off as older to me. His stature and appearance remind me of Vernon but without Vernon's charisma. He doesn't have the presence MJ had. Maybe KR will surprise us in the future but I'm not really invested in Ted as a character anymore.
    • Moving closer to the summer, I hope one of the new sets we get is like a beach house with/ a pool or something outside.
    • I agree that Keith's version of Ted does come across as younger. I thought that Ted's conversation with Kat today was interesting. He painted a picture that no one including the audience has seen before. Leslie behaving like he described why he was initially drawn to her, though of course it doesn't excuse him of hurting/cheating on Nicole. I did like Ted's honesty/vulnerability in his conversation with Kat. I also continue to like Bill's relationship with Naomi. I believe he does genuinely love her and vice versa. Like she stated today he doesn't make it easy for her to love him, but she does. I would like to see them team up one day and be on the same side with something. I think that it's interesting that June doesn't know who the pictures of the two children are. I think it might be an older picture of her and Hayley together as siblings, like some people up here have already suggested. I also wonder what Ted will get Eva for her birthday. And I liked Eva giving it a little to Leslie on today's show when she brought up that people may soon suspect Leslie regarding Laura's accident. Leslie tried to spin it more like it may have been Eva's doing to Kat, but I did like Eva standing her ground and telling Leslie she wouldn't allow herself to be used so that Leslie could get closer to Ted.
    • You make some really good points here. I think Abigail Klein is quite likeable she's just been written as very wishy washy and cookie cutter.   There is nothing that makes her stand out as Patch/Kayla's daughter like you stated. Ron never seemed to have a clear idea what to do with Stephanie or who to pair her with.  I do think it's a fixable problem, but she needs to get away from Alex, IMO.
    • NuTed comes off looking and sounding like a weakling compared to both Nicole and Leslie. Smh.
