The story would only knock off the few remaining long standing contract characters.

In the case of GH, though, it'd be a serial mercy killer, putting them (and us) out of our miseries.

Actually, it wouldn't be bad if Heather were the primary suspect in some grisly serial-killer umbrella story. Heather would lose what little remains of her sanity over accusations that she's doing all the killing. Then, just as Heather sets out to clear her name and bring the real killer, he (or she) poisons her with a tainted BLT.

I'm down for this.

And I love how the Nurse's Ball was basically to showcase Ron's pets. Kaka, Obrecht, Sabrina, the little brats, Britt and Woodpile (who once again was dreadful showing any emotion as Dr. O sang her little heart out). Not to mention when Britt is actually one of the best parts, that's not exactly a good thing. I enjoyed her on Brad's side and Felix and Lucas both need to have a seat. Lucas was just way too hypocritical for me. I expect that bitchyness from Felix. Lucas and Felix as pals just does nothing for me and I don't buy it one bit.

Scott is a douche. I hate how they write him.

I also felt little sympathy for Lucy, either, though Lynne did the best she could.

I can't with Epiphany and Milo (neither of who have been on in months until this month). And of course a Mac/Piph scene was cut. Loved them showing Mac there for Kevin. One of the only scenes I appreciated.

I see Bobbie and Lucy get into a pointless cat fight tomorrow. Whoop-de-doo. Wake me up when this nightmare is over. It's not even GOOD camp. And I'm OK with some camp. But all of this is just [!@#$%^&*]. And I can't with Franco wanting to bang Carly in the bathroom on the airplane. Seriously? Seeing Roger Howarth's face makes me sick now. I hate saying that but he's just awful as Franco and the character is a total joke. He's not funny. Carly looks like a total loser and idiot with him. Laura Wright would be literally doing nothing if Howarth wasn't on this show. And that's very sad.

I couldn't have given two craps as everyone gathered around Sobrina and her miracle baby. And lord yes has Jason Thompson checked out. My God. He needs to move on, but I understand bills gotta get paid. I think he's in that place now where he probably feels stuck. He has so much chemistry with EVERYONE but this pathetic bitch. He comes off like her older brother.

I liked both of Dr. O's numbers, Gati can sing and did a great job, but it's hard for me to invest in her when she's written as such a cartoon villainess, and then they expect us to go "awwww, poor Liesel"

Not that I have any love lost for Maxie or Lulu anyway but their insta friendship after everything that's gone down is ridiculous.

That brat Spencer is going to have some serious issues when he grows up. He's creepier than Nik. And everything about this triangle is past the point of absurd.

Omg, Lucy! I can't believe Kevin found out about her and Scott so fast. I thought it would be dragged out more and more. Lynn Herring has some acting tics but it makes me like her more cause it makes her more human than a lot of other actresses. It's more authentic with her than with most other soap actresses.

Felix's schtick was heinous. Just like everything else about him. And of course he talked about how wonderful Sabrina was. And I really don't care about the triangle with him, Lucas, and Brad.

They really are back to telling, and not showing, how perfect Sabrina is and what a miracle worker she is. Gag me with a spoon!

Emma is annoying as hell and her "performance" was as abysmal as Kiki & Friends. Same with Molly and TJ, ugh! All this reinforced how much I hate singing on soaps! The only time I enjoyed it was on OLTL when Margaret Cochran kidnapped TSJTodd, put on a Blair wig and was lipsynching to him with Blair's songs!!!! That, and Dr. O's fabulous cabaret!

Love Obrecht, but she never should have had kids. For one thing, that would have spared us Plywood and Britt. What's more, telling us about her tragic love for her kids is such a cheap way to try to redeem her after being a horrible mother and a worse person. It doesn't work for this character since she's been such a cartoon (a campy, hilarious one! But regardless) And frankly, among other things, it makes her boring. Gati was very good today and she had some real vulnerability but that's not how she should be played. I'm sure I'm alone in this, but I wish the writers (and Kathleen Gati) would go all out crazy cat lady/sociopathic caricature with her.

I hope the Nurses Ball is over. I watched the last few shows and saw Kiki & Friends, and the other numbers. They were all almost as embarrassing and annoying as the Harlem shake! Ugh!! I'm surprised they didn't have the cast do the Harlem shake at the end, thank God they didn't!!!

I would put up with one last cartoon Heather appearance if she'd massacre half the cast, including all three of the kids currently onscreen.
