There are way too many to list, but ATWT's Lily and Holden certainly deserve mention. I never understood their appeal.

Natalia: That heifer WAS boring. I hated it when she was paired opposite Olivia, who is actually interesting.

Frank: Equally as boring but had potential. I feel the writers never utilized him in later years like they did during the Long & Curlee years.

Snorboria: I blame the writers and the actress. I've grown to hate that Victoria has been made into a whimpering mess that cries about the same three things--"You cheated on me!" "You lied, Daddy!" "I want a baby!"
