If ABC REALLY valued AMC and OLTL, then they should've hired better people to run those shows instead of cancelling them

Who says they value the shows? That's just not relevant here. AMC and OLTL are ABCd's property, and they can do with them as they please.

I hope the day never comes to where someone tells you how to treat something that belongs to YOU!

ABC in their counter claim says they value AMC & OLTL and they are institutions.

If they believe that ABC shulda taken better care of these institutions

That is your right, but you don't get to dictate how ABC takes care of their property. It's theirs.

That's just talk and who cares. The bottom line is that the shows are their property.

We know Erika and at least a few other actors did not get paid. We know Robin Strasser asked for money she felt she was owed and was told no. If they had that 14 week guarantee and were not paid the balance, I wonder if the union has taken a look at that? Do they sue on behalf of members?

That's what I want to know. You'd think SAG/AFTRA would be all over this.

The actors were paid for what was shot but their contracts went til Oct 2013 and prod ended June 2013 so they still need pay for 4 months

well now the courts will settle all this. Oh vey

And all that will come of this is someone will owe somebody money, and probably no one will see a dime. The shows are as dead now as the were when the evil mouse killed them. Their brief resurrection was refreshing and entertaining for me. But it didn't last. I will still always be grateful that PP ended the complete destruction of OLTL characters on GH. Forever grateful. Long live Kiki, Silas and Franco.
