If they hadn't fired him, I think she would have. Now he's gone, I don't think she will. We had something similar happen like this at my store, we had a sweet, 19 year old girl who worked as a cashier, and the produce manager (who was in his mid 40's) came up to her and asked her if he could take naked pictures of her. She went to the general manager, and his ass was out it a damn hurry. He had made comments to some of the other women in the store, too. It amazes me that some men think they can get away with stuff like this.

http://highlighthollywood.com/2014/01/exclusive-highlight-hollywoods-cbs-sony-sources-outs-tmzs-source-in-the-young-and-the-restless-firing-scandal-and-wil-cbs-fire-her-next-2/

The source of the vicious story that hit TMZ on Friday night is CBS Daytime honcho Angelica McDaniel.

The Sony insider says, “She’s been protected for a while now, but this violation of a person’s privacy, and having made a scandal to protect her own job, for this CBS should fire Angelica McDaniel today. Everyone knows where the leak came from, and they are outraged. If she’s not fired, not only are actors and young actresses going to feel as though they are not safe to report alleged sexual harassment or assaults, but now they may fear being discarded and outed by CBS itself. This is unethical, and I am sure some heads will roll.”

Vindictive Muhney stan?

With all the BS that sexual predator spewed during that "exit interview" with the equally vindictive Nellie and the predator's insane stans demanding the 411 as if they have any right to it, CBS/Sony really had no other choice.

I only hope, going forward, they act to protect the only true victim of this ugliness, who is Hunter King.

What I got from the story by the insider was that this story was not to be leaked especially since it threw HHK under the bus & outed her as victim.

If they had a deal where this wasnt gonna be made public & it was leaked and by AM she should be fired

It's amazing how people suddenly want to talk about anything, anything else. Jeanne Cooper. Hunter King's career prospects. Angelica McDaniel. Angelica McDaniel's husband. The timing. The reason for the leak. Hunter King's status on the show. Sexual politics in show business. The shifting POV on horseplay in the workplace. Anything but Michael Muhney and the accusation which appears very much legit.

Fired why?

The relationship between Angie McD and her husband is not proof that she leaked the story. We got the story first 3 weeks ago from 2 people on this board. Logan, and many actors were aware. How can Angie be terminated? The Insider is not real. It's just a loser stan running out of options!

That is true

However if they had a deal hat this would not be made public & AM did leak it to TMZ and that can be proven Id fire her

Your supposed to protect the victim & HHK was thrown out there and basically every media source has ran this story

    • I think all the suits are fit too tight, except for Jon Lindstrom's. DC lawyers/doctors are not all LA fashion elites. Yes, maybe Tomas would have a more modern cut to his suit, but an established guy like Bill wouldn't go around looking like that lonely button on his jacket was ready to explode constantly.
    • I do think there's room for optimism, especially with Amazon making enough new episodes to last until December. There's still time for the various players to get their ducks in a row. Guess we'll know soon enough!
    • I do agree it's better to just have people pop back into town. I never understood why Roger needed a mask on an island, when neither Fletcher or Alex would've known who he was. And the vine...sigh. Couldn't he have just been sent crashing through a window or something?
    • When the announcement was first made, I did wonder if other plans were in the works. I guess we can always keep hoping, especially as the show has a small core cast.
    • @chrismlAbout Lisa, agree to disagree. Actually at the time she was the only thing my partner & I disagreed about. Naturally she was Team Vicky while I was steadfast as Team Lisa.  About John & twin paternity, I think that like the 3 pillows was a transitory idea someone had that no one else agreed with. More of the attempt to accommodate Philece. About MJ, co-sign, 100% agree, if there were more degrees I would claim them. About Wally & Felicia, always a fan. Mitch? Eh, take or leave. Although I do agree that WGE is a really striking man. Who have I left out? I don't know so that's all I got.
    • RIP Wayne Lewis.

    • Dallas peaked early, IMO. Maybe not a fair statement as I’m still making my way through the first half of its run, but I think it’s hard to argue to point that S3 into S4 was its high point. Back to Knots. Wrapping up “And Never Brought to Mind.” Greg’s introduction kinda took me by surprise. I low-key dreaded his arrival bc I know he very quickly gets to the center of the show, but even though they wasted no time connecting him with Mac, Abby, Gary, and Karen, it still feels like a gradual intro. The juxtaposition of the ending of the Chip story with the heating up Abby’s plotting is quite symbolic of the changes the show was going through. I absolutely cannot imagine Kenny and Ginger having any part in any of this. Yall, the Gary/Val piano theme that they pull out from time to time is my FAVORITE. I find myself humming it constantly.
    • Bloodshed is inevitable now. It’s another reason I’m glad Black people aren’t getting involved in these protests. As awful as this is, I keep reminding myself that 54 percent of Latino men voted for Trump. These people were put in harm’s way by members of their own communities and sometimes even members of their own families. Too many people decided to touch the stove.
    • Maybe I'm still in denial, but nothing about Neighbours' ongoing social media output gives the vibe of a show that's ending. In today's 'Roundup' video, Alan Fletcher referenced that production finishes in five weeks, but in all the show's posts the cast are as jovial and lighthearted as ever. Remarkably so for people who are about to lose their jobs.    Perhaps they're just putting a brave face on things, and I know they approached the previous axing with a positive attitude. Maybe putting an upbeat face on things is a collective way of showing potential backers that there's still life in the show? Or is it possible that they already know the show has been saved, and we'll get an announcement next month when filming wraps and the show 'rests'?   Does any of that make sense?!
    • A very good week for male eye candy on GH. New Michael is beautiful, Curtis's arms looked great in that polo shirt, Cody looks even more handsome with his new haircut AND we got Marco in swim shorts rocking his lovely bod and chest fur.
