Because after our altercation, in which I was banned, he took to twitter to finish further the drama.

SMH. Did you tweet back?

SOC sucks anyway. I was banned from there because they claimed me and someone else (a friend of mine) were the same person. We even offered up proof that we were not but they didn't want to hear it. I'm assuming they felt this because we logged in from the same house (different computers but on the same network). At the time I was watching B&B and it was during the Thomas and Brooke berry boink (LOL) which fueled the Brooke vs. Taylor wars. Obviously we were not on the right side (We said nothing disparaging about other posters or actors although others had) and we were banned. SOC definitely shows favoritism. It's funny that MM wasn't banned for his comments but others were for comments against him.

Ha... that ain't the the half of it. There was a Thom Bierdz thread on there where multiple people were posting "I Don't want any gays on MY SHOW!" , I posted in response the classic "We're here, we're queer, get used to it".... MY post was deleted, all other homophobic posts were allowed to stand. I just left and never looked back.

No...It would have gotten crazy if I had with his mindless Stan's ready to go to battle with him. I have coworkers that follow me in twitter and facebook so I try to maintain a certain amount of dignity in social media.

Wow. They seriously have some issues with their mods over there.

Fainting......

I honestly don't know why actors and actresses are even on the Twitter. I know for myself I couldn't handle it. I mean you try to tell yourself that its just a vocal minority but to even glance at 4/5 hateful comments let alone hundreds or thousands would just destroy my psyche every single day. But kudos to the actress for not responding or lashing back at the loony bin MM fans out there.

That being said I would assume that Y&R & CBS wouldn't fire MM unless they had a decent amount of evidence to back it up or HK (I"m assuming that's the actress' initials) was credible enough when she reported it. So I don't understand why people are attacking her. It would be one thing if there wasn't a pattern or if it just leaked out onto the internet before he was let go.

I use to prefer the old SOC board with the cascading threads..those were good times. I am friends with Dan on Facebook but I have to agree SOC was run badly. I haven't been there in ages though so I don't know how it is now.

They also do the same with racist comments. Those can stay but the posts calling it out are removed. I got flagged once for speculating on whether they would make Sophia insecure with Neil and give her a SL about her weight (it was based on how things was playing out on screen). I was suspended for that because "how dare I insinuate that the actress' weight dictates her SL". I was like WTF. That is a common story that some soaps have done. But by that time, they were looking for ways to get rid of me so....

This has shown once again, how there are a large contingent of soap fans that are totally unhinged. When I hear things like Jaime Lyn Bauer being accosted and cursed out in hotel lobbies, the stories go on and on and on. And these are grown people??? WTF? When I watched Y&R at the age of SEVEN, I knew full well that these were actors playing a part on a TV show, that they were real people with real lives, and I knew what their real names were. These are the same fans who think they are close friends with MM because they exchange a few posts on a message board. Why can't they keep it in perspective? Hell, I've exchanged private email with Thom and Beth for 12 years now, but still don't consider them personal friends, but more like an acquaintance that I admire, the modern day version of a pen pal. Why can't people have some perspective? Are they that mentally unbalanced?

I dont think CE will come back. He had issues with all the bad things adam was doing

Why would CE laugh his ass off. CE quot in fact he walked off mid contract and could have been sued. He was lucky he wasnt.

Its not like Y&R fired CE then hired MM

Actually an actor does have outs in their contract to leave. Its the same one that the shows will use to fire them.

The lunatic portion of his fans are really akin to those women who become obsessed with serial killers in prison and end up writing them love letters and eventually marrying them in prison.

I just saw a comment saying that Hunter should be ashamed of herself for ruining the career of a man with 3 young kids to support, and she should've just kept this to herself. Wow. mellow.png

Unfortunately, this is one of the mild ones.

The things people are tweeting out are just vile and sad. During times like this is when people's true colors are exposed.
