I LOVE Courtney, she's been my winner from day one, but I know she won't get it. She suffers from not having a sad backstory. She seems really happy and polished and has basically just done well the entire time. Adore is one that I really see potential in, but I wish they'd eliminated her early and brought her back next season so she could rightly collect her crown. It seems so obvious they pulled so many strings to keep her around. Her wigs and outfits have just been dreadful far too much to justify her staying as long as she has.

I will say Courtney not having a weepy sob story ever is one of the things that drew me to her. I actually despise this element of the show now. None of the sob stories has ever made me care any more about a queen than I previously did, honestly more times than not it has turned me off. I desperately wish they would get away from that. They're much more entertaining when they're just going in on each other and looking great on the runway.

Adore literally rode on her charm to make it this far. She's not polished enough to win over Courtney or Bianca, and honestly shouldn't have made it this far let alone sent Trinity home in their lip sync. But I do feel if you're in the bottom two three times, its def. time for you to go so I was okay with Trinity leaving.

I was okay with Trinity leaving because Trinity left like a boss. Trinity overcame his issues and had such a comeback story! I do feel he beat Adore in that lipsynch (and that outfit/makeup was flawless), but I'm glad he left happy and with his head held high.

I agree that BenDeLaCreme should have been Top 3. But I'd take out Adore first. I'm thinking BenDeLa didn't make Top 3 because her matronly looks and quirky characters were too similar to last year's winner. She should get Miss Congeniality at least.

I picked Bianca from Day 1, so it was great seeing her win. I do like that Ru mentioned the outrage at Dela getting sent home over Darrien, as I still don't know anyone that thought that was a good decision.

Truthfully I can't stand these live finales.

Janice Frame is Evan's mother. Janice & Mac were together. Janice was up to no good. Mitch was helping her. She was slowly, little by little, every day, POISONING Mac. She was almost successful. In St. Croix, Rachel & Janice began what was literally a physical fight. They fell into the resort swimming pool, continuing to fight each other. Somehow, I guess Janice had it on her, there was a knife in play but Rachel kept Janice from stabbing her & got it away from her & they continued to struggle until Rachel stabbed Janice, which was a death blow. Mitch did a 180 & helped Rachel get Mac to the hospital. He was so weakened by the poison he could not even stand unassisted. It took both of them together to walk him to the hospital but it did save his life.  The St. Croix remote was SO beautiful, but so dangerous & scary. Also action-packed. Hooray! Maxim's backSo, I just got home & this is what I found waiting for me. I wrote this several hours ago. I guess I neglected to hit send.
    • Thanks @skylark and @DRW50!

    • I do not think I have ever agreed with Vee. Normally I do not read him, Ignore ya know. For some unknown reason I clicked to read. And I agree 1000%. Now, this is so odd that I need to go away for a bit.
    • Justine had a lot of hooey in it, but she was an actual woman, not a guy in drag. She was a doppelganger of Rachel, French, having had a past history with Carl, etc. Two of the more outrageous parts-Justine bricking alive Vicky into a wall & Justine grinding the gears driving a big rig.
    • Hehe, twi/x actually x, formerly Twitter. Typically I find 2 sources for "crazy fan rumors" - the wrong parts of FB and x. Oy.
    • Not to hijack the thread, but was that character Justine? I just found this interview online with Logan and see what you're talking about - wow!   http://www.anotherworldhomepage.com/chat85.html
    • My bad….ill fix that  Fixed
    • Where do you discover this crazy rumor??
    • Jill Farren Phelps was always very skilled at saying what she meant onscreen in the bluntest way possible, like whenever she wanted fans to support one character vs. the other (hence Megan McTavish groaning about having to write Kale Browne's Sam Rappaport into three days a week at OLTL). Perhaps you should consider doing the same. Historically your intent is always far more obvious than your efforts at coy embroidery anyway. You believe people are dismissing Phelps' accomplishments, and suggest misogyny and fan blinders allow people to too easily pigeonhole and dismiss her skill set. I think we all understand her varied skill set. We're saying it's not enough to make up for her deficiencies as a storyteller and creative. JFP was undoubtedly a skilled technical producer. As a solo storyteller, and de facto HW, she was a repeat and predictable failure. She was not the first or last EP (male or female) to think she was a writer. If you want us to stop taking your behavior personally when you suggest misogyny is at play in board opinions of JFP, perhaps you should consider spending the next 10+ years here not acting like you're the only one who gets it.
