It was so satisfying to see. 

I just binged the three episodes of LA and I enjoyed it, but it really picked up in the third episode when the ATL girls were gone. Dr. Britton, Dr. Imani and Dr. Kendra are the show for me. It’s too new to judge Lia, but I have no interest in Jazmin or Shanique. I have to give Kendra props because she is totally stealing the show early on. Her mom and her husband are adorable! I could watch an entire show with just them. 
 

This isn’t as exciting as ATL, but I’m glad they gave it a second season. It’s a fun, light show and not as crazy as the HWs can get. I just hope if they get a third season they can perfect the casting. 

Fraud is adopting a baby girl named Ariana. 

A few things now that I am caught up...

 

I am finding this Imani v Jazmin fight they are going for to be forced. They already squared most of this drama away or so I thought so I am over it.

 

And it seems Jazmin and Shaqiue are still trying to be messy like they were in Season 1 with their Bougieness. So I am Team Lia and hollered when she told Jazmin to go be with the other half of her brain. They were being messy and Lia simply called them out on it, because I did not find them very civil at that Halloween party.  #staypressed.

 

I liked Kendra and her family so far. Also a good addition.

 

I still liking Imani and Britten. Though I miss the rest of the Season 1 cast and I hope to see them in cameos maybe.

I hate to say it but the show has been boring. The best episodes were the ones with the ATL heffas I dont like.

And they will be back this coming Sunday when LA goes down to New Orleans. 

 

I didn't see her, but I could have swore I heard Heavenly in one of the commericals for the episode, too.

Really? I thought it was just Contessa. Well if Hellishly is there, I hope she gets dragged. Thats always entertaining

I finally saw the commercial again. I think you are right and it was just Kendra with a deeper voice. My bad. 

I have to admit I do wish Bravo was promoting this more. It could be inspiring given I just saw the talk that Contessa, Britten, and Imani did for the hs girls and before they were talking about black people and people brutality. It seems so timely with what is going on.

 

That said...Contessa seems so much more important here without even trying (vs on ATL M2M) and I love her friendship with Britten and Imani. Totally organic.

 

Also Britten covering for Imani...like a real friend would do. lol.

I agree about your sentiments regarding Contessa @Taoboi. I feel that Contessa seems like an afterthought on M2M ATL but her friendships with the LA ladies seems more genuine and actually highlight her presence.
