AMC's shot looks amazing while the OLTL people don't seem to have any sort of theme and I think they're posing in front of a bar???

(I'm sorry, Vee but it's true)

Is that the bar inside the Palace? It looks like it could be, and I think we read speculation that they would use the Palace a fair bit...

If you play tennis it's a a soft high ball that sets up an easy kill shot.

LOL I'm still confused, but... :P

AMC's has a big-ass portrait in the back and I didn't say a thing about it! They've got Miranda on a ladder like she just flipped the house! But do I complain, no, because it's all stunning, stunning! These are some generic but classy-ass backdrops. What the hell do you want them to be posing in front of, a giant stone Incan idol of Viki's head?

See, Errol's got the right idea. Get out!

I'd like to be it if the entire OLTL cast wasn't squeezed into the corner of a country club BAR!

...we will discuss further once we have the finished product.

I think AMC's theme was re-birth (Children), which is why it was light... while OLTL's was about heaven and hell (OLTL's original show title), which is why it was dark.

Clearly Jack's bowtie represents Hell. :P In all seriousness, that makes sense and is pretty cool.

It's not the entire cast! And it's a bar that is moody, and edgy! It's a moral limbo!

It's times like this I regret carrying you all these years.

What's wrong with a bar? If they had the nice characters together and the baddies together I'd get the heaven/hell theme better. This is better than some other locations they could have used for a photograph like a parking lot or a rest stop, which are places that OLTL has filmed scenes outdoors in the past.

For me, it isn't about the "characters," but the color/tone of the clothes they were styled in. Some wore black, some wore black/white, some wore red...it's clearly going for somewhere in between Heaven and Hell, which is where one must decide if they only have one life to live ;)

I suppose some would prefer if they had made the theme more obvious with devil horns and angel wings (and AMC could have shown pregnant women and people dressed up as babies...) :P
