You know what else, we're probably going to start seeing OLTL/AMC audition videos uploaded to YouTube and the like. People do this to share the videos with their friends and so other CDs can see them "on tape", but this is really frowned upon. CDs get mad when these audition videos get shared with the public (especially when the sides are spoilerish) and have started issuing disclaimers to actors.

I don't think someone like Prospect Park would have the budget for something like "StarrX'ed."

Here's the summary:

Matthew stops by Destiny's apartment. It's clear they're not on good terms, as they're somewhat short with each other. Destiny says it isn't a good time, she's expecting someone. She goes into the other room to change Drew and Matthew is shocked by what he sees on Destiny's laptop - SugarDaddy.com. She tells him it's none of his business and he says yeah it is, you're the mother of my kid. Destiny says it's no big deal, it's not a crime to talk to them, entertain them, provide companionship. They show more respect for her than Matthew does. "You waltz in here when you've got a hard-on and then you disappear. And when you're gone, I still have a child to raise, bills to pay, like rent, tuition, doctor's bills." He says "So rich old men give you money for sex? Some mother." Matthew acknowledges that he didn't want to be part of that but he's going to draw the line, she's exposing him to sick, twisted stuff. She says he doesn't know anything and tells him to get out. Matthew says "You know, Destiny, I just realized you're nothing but a whore." She slaps him and says "Listen to me and listen good: you gave up any rights over my life when you chose not to have anything to do with our baby. So don't you dare judge me." She shoves him out the door and once he's gone, she bursts into tears.

EDIT: She also says 'sh!t' so I'm not sure if they're going for edgier dialogue

Sounds like something you'd see in primetime..

A bit disappointed that Matthew has seemingly disowned his child. The dialogue sounds interesting...Certainly couldn't see SE/EA playing this..

I don't know how I feel about this. I bet there's more than meets the eye and perhaps Destiny really isn't whoring herself out. At least, I'd hope not! I wonder why Matthew calls her a whore. Perhaps they tried for a relationship and she cheated on him or something. All I know is that if this is their first scene, we're all gonna be confused as all f!

alexisfan07, thanks for this! That scene sounds interesting and like it won't be as sanitized as what we usually get. The British soaps get away with a lot, so I'm hoping for storytelling more similar to that. Still very soapy with your triangles, camp and typical staples, but they're more willing to tell darker and more realistic storylines that you only get in primetime. I don't want to see the same ole same ole, I want flawed characters.

I think it is a copyright issue.....and not just SON, but with any site. I know that was always why before all the sites had to paraphrase them. So I don't know...better to be safe then sorry. But thanks for posting a summary.

I don't know how I feel about Matthew disowning the baby though.

I know it isnt but you never know it might be in the show
