EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

My only complaint about the Castillos was their overexposure so I don't mind this at all. I'll be interested to see whether we'll the Castillo family increased.

I think there is a valid reason for Cara to be on the show. When the show ended, she was pregnant with David's baby and the two had agreed to co-parent the baby. Now, we will find out if David was able to keep that promise or not.

I totally get your skepticism. But everything they stated as the reason for not continuing before have basically been overcome. I choose to remain optimistic and to believe that this is finally going to happen.

I'm with whoever said upthread that they won't believe it until they see the credits for AMC 2.0 roll...and even then, unless it's a new opening, I'll be suspicious as to whether it's just a rerun.
