The same was true of B&B until a few years ago. I got used to it. As long as they don't do it ALL THE TIME.

Neil STILL hasn't been in the opening. Neither have Cane, Esther, Ronan, Eden and Sarge.

Uh-huh and those characters he's grouped in are peripheral. It's really telling that MAB would rather rotate the characters that already have multiple openings than give a 10+ year vet a slot. I loathe these openings. They're distracting and they only need two. JP needs to fix it asap.

She was in the B&W opening when it first premiered in 2003, but she was in a split-screen shot with David Fralick so she was removed when he left.

I think it's typical of Sally's episodes - where you see the back of an extra walking and it cuts into a new scene, she's been doing that for years.

I noticed that was used a lot on the Crimson lights scenes, the Kyle/Eden scenes, and the Christine/Michael scenes.

Perhaps I 'misread' that on one or two ocassions during the episode (I was watching on my phone with my glasses off, lol) but at the end of the episode, I'm sure there was a cut-to-black before the previews kicked in.

OMG, that Lily-Cane "love" scene. Never has Cane looked more sleazy and bored. Lily looked like she was going to scream if Cane touched her. The tension between the two actors was palpable -- and not the good sexy kind. CK appeared thoroughly disgusted and DG waited until the last possible second to actually reach out and hold her. SO awful.
