Good for Ms. Rowell. She didn't give up, kept her profile up and kept working, even creating work when opportunity was scarce. She really could teach a course on resilience to other actors.

Nolan North had a cameo in the new Uncharted movie. Nolan is of course beloved as a voice artist in games, and voiced Nathan Drake for years.

I think North has spoken fairly negatively of his soap days, though I may be overstating it as I can't find too much on that now and I don't want to dig back to stuff that is over a decade old; Chris was famously underused on PC, and he did audition for the first Stephen Lars recast on GH in the mid-2000s. I think it'd be a great get for him to cameo someday as scheming Chris, but I doubt he'd do it. From an interview in the 2010s, somewhat less negatively:

When that show went off the air I ran into one of my old co-stars. At this point we had already done the first two Uncharteds. I hadn't seen him in about five years - he asked me how I'd been doing. I hadn't been doing a lot of TV as I'd been so busy with performance capture and animation at this point. He hadn't been working. I told him I had got into voice-over work; "Ooh, I always thought you should get into that," he said. I told him about the video games. At the end of the conversation he just patted me on the shoulder and said "Listen, you're a talented guy. You hang in there. Things will turn around for you." I remember saying "Yeah... thanks, I appreciate it," knowing that at that point I was already tripling what I had made on the soap opera.

When Lynn Marie Latham took over as PC's HW, she spoke very fondly of Nolan North, comparing him, I think, to Michael Zaslow (ex-Roger, GL).  Yet, I can't recall if she wrote anything significant for him.

Spoke too soon on Horizon! Chris McKenna (Joey Buchanan, OLTL), Christopher Sean (Paul Narita, DOOL) and Sterling Sulieman (Dre Woods, AMC) all also have roles in the game. Maybe more soap stars that I'm unaware of thus far, one never knows with games, which have been employing daytime people heavily in recent years both for voice work and physical modeling-performing.

Second, Jacob Young has to be one of the nicest guys. We use to chat regularly when he was on B&B. He's very flirty.😍 I think Jacob just enjoys his bro friendships.
