I think it would be more weird if they did call them Mr. St.John. I see nothing wrong with them calling him Trevor. Its not like he was a superior to them. He was a coworker. I never called my older coworkers anything other than their first name and that included my bosses

There isn't much to say about a someone you barely know.

I commend them on the fact that they were able to fit both of Kassie's faces into one shot.
