They expected him to ad-lib a heartfelt goodbye about some dude he's worked with a few months? And that's probably just how he sees TSJ... as some dude he works with. Just like I don't like Rebecca Budig or Maurice Bernard. No different than the way some people feel about Laura Wright or Eric Braeden or Thorsten Kaye. As someone who loved both Todds, I have come to the conclusion that Todd Manning is one of the worst things to ever happen to OLTL or to soaps in general. He helped normalize the toxic misogyny that I believe killed soaps and he turned rape on soaps into something good and fun and cool.
