I wanted them to do what AMC ended up doing and having Ivan Kipling with various people who weren't actually dead, like Gabrielle, or Jenny Wolek.

Well Hell. RC trashed all of the legendary characters that are alive and now he has to trash some dead ones! I am so done when Dorian and TSJ Todd leave. Not even Tina can keep me watching this travesty.

She's already been revealed: Barbara Rhoades (who, perhaps not so coincidentally, co-starred in a play a few months ago with Kim Zimmer).

I wasn't too thrilled to hear that Irene was being brought back from the dead, but I'm loving how she's a total badass

If you ask me, (and you're right, you didn't, lol,) I would've been willing to go along w/ this plot twist if it hadn't come across as some silly Golan-Globus action movie from the '80's. As it is, I'm afraid the larger, more important emotional underpinnings of Irene's resurrection will get swept aside so Tomas, John, and the Two Todds can do some bad-ass run-and-gun work on location in NJ.

I personally love this storyline and thought it was an awesome twist to have Irene behind this Todd thing. I love how people are calling this a disrespect and blaming RC for ruining this show when really, he's using history-- the history that Vikki and Irene have with a plot that is happening thirty years later. I swear, it's like people LOOK for things to complain about.
