Could not stand him as a child.

Me neither! The day he breezed in getting smart with Nora and Bo was a revelation. Sam is probably the only kid actor I have ever looked forward to watching.

Barbara Rhoades (Irene) is in an episode of The Partridge Family airing on AntennaTV right now and she is stunning.

I hated the idea of Matthew dying mostly because the story would suck, and also because Bo already did the Weekend at Bernie's with one dead son, but mostly because the story would suck.

David: Pa Stepnora don't be sad!

Nora: My grieving is the size of the moon!

<Rex pouts>

Bo: Balsom, you doin' OK?

Rex: I want revenge. Hey, how much are his kidneys worth?

Nora: When I'm through, Nate Ford will get the death penalty. Just like he gave my son!

David: I wish I had that hooker's number. She knew how to raise the dead. Oh, too soon, Pa?

Bo: Balsom, how are you with this?

<Rex juts his lower lip>

Rex: I can't get a good price on this spleen.

Nora: Your Honor, I demanded this murderer pay to the fullest letter of the law!

Danielle: He's INNOCENT!!!! INNNOOOCCEEENNNTTTT!!!!!

<Nate looks confused>

Tea: Your Honor, may I point out that opposing counsel neglected to notice item #43494 on form #2390002.

Judge: You're right. Case dismissed.

Nora: What? Wha-what? This is an injustice!

David: Cheer up, Stepnora. I've already got the tribute movie in the works. How about Wheelchariots of Fire? Or Coma Chameleon?

Rex: Anybody want a spare liver? I need a beach house in Boca.

LOL.

I'll take Baz and James over that druggie anyday.

WORD! Could not stand Cole and Starr together. Couldn't stand Cole at all. James and even Baz are better then him.

James is weird because I almost feel sorry for actor and character. There's this underlying kicked puppy sadness about him, like he senses Starr will ultimately not choose him because he's too sweet or something.

That's exactly why I like him. LOL.

To my surprise, Matthew became my favorite character to grow out of these past few years of OLTL viewing. A good young actor who made the most of his material with a hilarious deadpanned snarkiness that so many young actors (some of whom are on the show now) would have overplayed and ruined. I don't know what they're working on, and Nora's desperation/Destiny's agonizing is good stuff, but EA is too good of an actor to be wasted on this material for too long. I would be thrilled if Matthew and Destiny continued on the online/cable show. Say what you will about SE's ability, but these characters have provided a much needed balance to the Starr and Fords dominated youth scene.

Anyone got any clips of Matthew during this two year period prior to his accident? I missed out.

Does Rex even know what a spleen is? Or where Boca is? He probably doesn't even like beach houses or know where he could even find one. But I loved everything else in your script! Unfortunately, the show's having Nora go soft on Nate. I would bet money that she'll make Nate a deal just like she did with Cole. UGH.

As for the Cole debate, I still remember how Brandon Buddy played Cole so unsympathetically 80% of the time, especially during his drug story and the Hannah saga. Which means pretty much all throughout out 2009 and 2010. It was made worse by the fact that Cole was never called out for his behavior. Starr wasn't allowed to be mad at him, even though Cole kept going to Hannah and even kisssing her all to get petty revenge on the mother of his child.

But Cole did have a few things going for him. He did beat the crap outta FRodd. He finally put an end to Eli's rampage and mustache twirling. And his last scenes with Starr and Hope were actually kinda sweet.

James and Baz are both just wastes of oxygen. They're so obnoxious and smarmy. It doesn't help that James is a Ford brother. And "Twinkle" is the worst nickname ever. Baz isn't any better with his hat or "I've heard worse." I hate to say it, but James and Baz almost make me miss Cole.

Someone on TWOP said that TSJ Todd should have been revealed as Powell. That would have been genius but unfortunately it couldn't happen because of the KAD story.
